I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and at one point the car's didn't move for 12 minutes, I use to work here and the atmosphere was way different back than. I miss those day's of faster service. I probably won't be returning to this taco bell anytime soon
The food was good, but after walking in and waiting a while, someone finally told us no one was trained to take our order. We would need to use the kiosk or drive through. What? They know how to ring up drive-through orders but not desk? 🤔
Very friendly and understanding staff. I messed up my online order and they were very accommodating and fixed it for me. Girl at the counter was friendly and offered me a straw and a lid while I was filling up my drink. A little bit goes a long way and it made my day with them being wonderful
Oh my gosh!! My buddies and I all went in here, ordered at the same time and the same thing. My two friends got their orders in 15 minutes, then I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my same order. No one was at the counter to talk to, the only reason someone came up was to give another guy that had been there way before us a refund after he had gotten half of his order. Terrible experience if you want to dine in.
Drive thru was moving quickly! There was a new girl in the window and you could tell she was confused. She actually gave us the incorrect food, but they manager, Cole, let us know before we could tell. He said it's our lucky day, we get extra food because they couldn't take it back. He was super nice to the new girl and was showing her how the system worked while trying to make orders. He's a great asset to the store! Give him a raise!!
I work nights shift and not a lot is open late, when I can I try to grab something on the fly. Sat in line at the drive threw tonight for over 30 minutes, got trapped and couldn't leave because cars behind me and the line ahead only moved 2 cars threw in that time. They took the order of the car in front of me and and soon as I pulled forward they closed the line. My self and a couple other cars are still trapped in the line and can't leave, they are serving the 3 cars ahead of me that got to order in this time. Seems like the employees decided they were done for the night and stalled on 3 cars for 30 minutes then shut down and ignored almost a dozen cars in the drive threw. Huge loss for the business and very frustrating for those of us that got caught in the ignorance.
The Brooks street location has the best drive thru service of any Taco Bell here. There's a very polite young high schooler boy who works there. He is very upbeat, friendly and seems to enjoy people in general!! We need more employees like that!!
I rarely ever leave reviews even after a bad experiences. But I got nacho fries from this location tonight and halfway through eating them I noticed two long curly black hairs in the middle of the nacho cheese container. I wish I had taken a picture but I freaked out and threw everything away. I don’t expect a lot from fast food places but this was too much
