Do not get the cinnamon twists, as per the photo I have attached, they are just twists, not cinnamon really at all. Otherwise this place is simply mediocre. Not the worst taco bell so it's not like you have to avoid it if you wanted to eat here. Just... Not the twists (I order them regularly and have only ever gotten cinnamon on them once)

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I legit just left a few minutes ago and he’s was so nice. I had a long work day and he saw I was in pain and asked me if i was okay told me he hopes I feel better and Offered me a bag and had a very nice friendly smile. After working in customer service all day and not having the best day this guy just being so kind made me feel so much better. Good customer service and especially on a busy night is hard to come by. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Y’all should be ashamed serving me a quesadilla with 2 pieces of chicken and cheese that wasn’t even 1/4 of the tortilla- not only that, my “doritos locos nacho tacos supreme” was some plain taco with just meat and lettuce TF?! The manager is either rationing out here or the workers are lazy. 🤨 9/24/23 Night shift 12:30am

They were good 👍. Power bowl 🥣 did not get onions as an add on. Nor did I get extra guacamole and sour cream which I ordered.

Chalupa was supposed to not have chipotle sauce, it did and I’m allergic to an ingredient in it. Two beefy five layer burritos were supposed to have no beans, well they had beans but no nacho cheese. I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell in the past few months because they used to be amazing but my last two experiences have been horrible. I called to talk to a manager (Sarah) her response when I listed off the issues was “ok well what do you want me to do” then “it’s a mobile order you can’t get a refund you can come back tomorrow and get your food” I told her I cannot today that I am busy, I can come back Friday and her response was “then you can come back Sunday”. So your restaurant messes up my order and you dictate to me how I can get the issue resolved and when? That’s not even the only problem, I caught one mistake at the window with my son’s taco with chicken/potatoes/rice on side so all they wanted to do was argue with me at the window the whole time until the store manager heard what was going on, he fixed it. Obviously the rest I didn’t know until I got home. I understand that the mobile app options don’t always transfer over to the restaurant system but that is a company’s issue, not consumer.

Avoid this place. Food is mediocre as expected. Employees are useless. Placed a mobil order. Went to pick it up. After sitting at the window for almost 5 min I was asked to pull forward. There is no place to pull forward at this location. You have to pull back out into traffic and back into the parking lot. Parked by the door. Waited 5 min, still nothing. Went in and they they still were't done with my $15 order. The whole staff needs to be revamped starting with management. That asshat just sat in a bench and watched the whole thing unfold and did nothing to support his staff. Worthless excuse for leadership. But hey, it's taco bell right. I guess it's what we should all expect at this point.

Ordered a number 4. Crunchwrap meal. What I got was a crunch wrap with lettuce and tomatoes and cheese. There was no meat Additionally my hard shell came apart before the first bite due to it being so soggy and wet. This cheap POS taco had more meat than the crunchwrap. Called management and asked for a refund for my order. They told me to come in the morning and say I spoke to Dave and present my license. He didn't even bother to ask for my name.... So I had to ask him 3 times to write it down and eventually he just didn't want to pursue the issue further and told me to have a good night. Too bad I paid in cash, or else I'd do a charge back and cost them 50$ or whatever the fee is.

i went in to eat and sat on the bench in the very corner and it gave out from under me before i even fully sat down because the leg had been broken and just put back under the bench without actually fixing it. a man who witnessed it told the manager on duty, and all the manager did was take the broken leg and bring it in the back. didn’t block off the broken bench or anything. ten minutes had passed between the man speaking with the manager and us leaving and still nothing was done. i pulled over the broken bench so it was leaning on the floor to block anyone from sitting on it so they wouldn’t get hurt on it since the manager did not feel it was necessary to do so.
