We went through the drive through where we were informed that they were only taking cash, however, could take card inside. We went inside to make our order. The employee came to the counter, looked at us and waved us off with his hand and then turned around and walked away as if we weren’t worthy to eat there. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. The most disrespectful place I’ve ever encountered. As you can see… not a single customer in line. I can only imagine how much money this location lost today due to these incompetent employees. They should be fired immediately.
There is something seriously wrong with the way this particular Taco Bell is run. This is consistently the absolute worst Taco Bell I've experienced in my life. I've bought from this location every few months for years in hopes the food quality and service might ever improve since it's the closest to my house, and I have to say it's been a steady downhill slide. The food somehow gets colder and nastier with every visit in spite of the fact I always go during peak lunch hours when things should be turning over regularly. After today's fiasco, I feel confident in my statement that you should save yourself money and grief by driving right on past this disaster to one of the three other Taco Bells in town.
Maybe your employees should spend less time smoking outside and learn how long to cook the food for. Everything except the chalupa and the drink I ordered were burnt.
The quality of their food and how little care they put into a simple job is honestly depressing. Every single time I’ve ordered, half my food has been so poorly made to the point of not even being edible. I’d much rather drive a longer distance to get BARE MINIMUM quality fast food than waste my money here again.
I've worked for Taco Bell for 8 years and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever went to. We ordered the cravings box, were told to pull up, and waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes before I got out and went in. Manager walking around lost, everyone else leaning around. I then asked for my ordered. She then stated that she thought she gave it to me but never came to my car yet, knew what I was driving. Needless to say, they still managed to get the order wrong and they ended up putting food in our bag that was cold, hard and 2 burritos were put in the bag and not wrapped and a bag of nacho but no cheese. They had no care for the world and the only one that apologized was the guy that clocked out and had nothing to do with making the order. Taco Bell do better.
I should if known better than to come here when I saw an empty parking lot during lunch hours. I tried to order person to person because I was paying cash. I was told a long with two other people, to go order at the kiosk. I was charged for a new spicy Fritos burrito. Even though they were out of spicy Fritos. Terrible customer service! I'll never be back.
I highly suggest that you check your food before you pull out of the driveway. They gave me the wrong items twice even though I was charged for it. The staff is friendly and very polite I just don't recommend going to this Particular Taco Bell especially when they're empty that's when service is the worst apparently
I used the taco bell app. My food arrived ice cold like it sat in a fridge for 40 minutes prior to being delivered 🙃 fries were soggy with grease as well as the bottoms of every taco, all my food had all the toppings I had requested not be put on them. I'm honestly a little disappointed, taco bell is my favorite but this was just kinda nasty, the only good part of the whole meal with my drink
