if i could give this negative stars, i would. absolutely terrible service. i ordered through the app for delivery, had not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR drivers sent to pick it up and was told everything in the restaurant was out. they turned away each dasher that went yet wouldn’t cancel the order to refund me. they told the drivers that they were out of everything i ordered?? but when i called the restaurant they said their fryer was broken, the only thing I ordered fried was cinnamon twists. i told the manager i would be willing to change it out for chips and cheese and she said “once the order is made we cannot modify it” and wouldn’t even just leave the twists out of the order completely. she kept calling me ma’am and when i told her i was not a ma’am but sir, she said, “no you’re a ma’am.” ?! this location is so lazy they can’t even keep their excuses right. never again.

I like taco bell, granted all are Not the same. It's all about the customer service. Most are clean, but food prepared differently. I never get food prepared as ordered and most of the time they forget to add side choices. Guacamole, cheese peppers that type. But other then that I still consider it a good choice.

My daughter and I ordered regular tacos, cinnamon twists, Cinnabon bites, and drinks. The only relatively good item was the tacos. We ordered from the kiosk which was easy. When we got our food, our name that we had to enter in the kiosk wasn’t announced, all the person said was “two tacos” and immediately walked away. I had to figure out if that was our order since we ordered more than two tacos. We got a Pepsi and Dr. pepper, both were gross. Not flat, but gross. Cinnamon twists were stale and the Cinnabon bites were extremely cold -only Taco Bell we have been to that had served them cold. We don’t like to use public restrooms unless absolutely necessary and in this case, it was since we were from out of town…the restroom was in kind words, not clean. We didn’t really encounter any employees either other than one time and the person was friendly.

Waited in line at the window for 15 minutes, they shoved all my food in one box and was missing an item, went inside and asked them to please make whatever was missing, Manager came back with items and lied to my face with a nasty look and said nothing was missing, and there was a freshly made taco that was missing from the deluxe box. She made a remark to her employees as I left and they all were laughing and saying rude remarks. Keep in mind she was hunched over on her phone on the table by the food that was being made before she even came over to help me. To top it off, my food was cold, my hard taco was smashed and soggy and all my items were squished. There needs to be new management.

I ordered a nacho bellgrande and when we got it the first time they only gave me beans and nacho cheese, but I ordered everything on it, on top of that the chips were old and tasted really bitter. I went back up to them and payed them to make a new one same thing chips tasted really bitter but they made the order right. I went up to them to get a refund but I only got my money for one of the orders and not the second one. Cashier Royann had attitude.

Pop was running clear after we told staff that it needed attention and refilled. No lids for drinks. Every table was dirty, chairs were also dirty. Employees standing around playing on phones and nobody was cleaning restaurant and making sure everything was good.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered no sour cream on anything and no spicy ranch on the Gordita crunch. Went in grabbed my food went to car checked it and everything had sour cream and the ranch. So they remade it. I waited like 5 minutes to have it remade was handed the food and went back to car to check so I could go home and eat but food was made wrong AGAIN! The gorditas have the ranch on them. When I went in the first time I also told them I couldn’t have the sour cream or the spicy ranch due to spicy items bothering an ulcer. I sat down and like 2 min into sitting one of the workers came to the front to ask me what was that thing I had again and I explained it to them which was unnecessary to even ask a customer. After spending 19.15 for food for me and to share with my gf and kid when I got home I couldn’t even eat half of it.

Literally sat in the drive through waiting to place an order for 15 mins, just to see if they would even answer and say anything. And nothing… now I’m hungry, annoyed, and unhappy. what an absolute joke. The management needs ti lean house on the late night crew… or the owner needs an extermination of the entire crew and management and rehire, because as a business owner myself, this is unacceptable, whatever time it says on your door for your business hours is the time up until your are suppose to serve your guests until. (It was 15 mins until closing when first arrived)
