I went to this location on sat august 5th. The tacos we ordered all came out cold. The meat was cold to the touch, I then went to the counter to ask if they could microwave my tacos and then they said they didn't have a microwave which is fine but they didn't even offer to remake them I had to tell them to remake my taco and the woman at the counter rolled her eyes at me and sighed. She then asked in a tone " you really want me to remake you a taco" I felt completely disrespected at this point. I spent over 25 dollars on Taco Bell today for most of my food to be super cold including the cheese for nacho chips. I shouldn't have to plead to get food made right when all the workers are sitting there. The woman yelled at the other worker when I asked about the tacos, I think his name was Cody I am unsure. But he was super helpful and nice but she was absolutely vile. After I finally got my taco remade she then proceeded to watch me eat my whole meal and I could hear her talking about it in the back. Extremely disappointed In today's visit here and will be telling friends about my experience today, things are really going downhill at this location.

After a 40 min wait in the drive thru, got home to a total disappointment. Shell was raw and MAYBE a teaspoon of meat on one end. 30$ order and they all looked like that. Called and went back thru and I will say got my $ back. Do better ! Unfortunately this is not the 1st time... whats up Taco Bell ? Comon!!!

Terrible experience we went to order the 3 taco meal and they put tomatoes and sour cream. My girlfriend is allergic to sour cream and when we called to complain they said that we ordered wrong and wouldn't even make us new stuff. They then proceeded to in a mean tone say its your fault and then said bye. worst experience ever I currently work at fast food and I would never have been this mean!

Real bad experience! Spent 20 minutes in the drive threw. Got to the ordering speaker and I was told they couldn't receive anymore orders from the drive through! I was told I needed to go in and order! Mind you there was 3 vehicles in front of me and they were all waiting for they food! 20 minutes later I finally got to get around the building to go inside and place my order. The soft shell tacos were stuck to the wrapper and there was so much grease in the meat I've been up since 3:30 am with the diarrhea!

After waiting in the drive thru for almost 30min they had no burritos or quesadillas available, the tacos I got had stale shells. Same with the tortilla chips, the meat was cold and the lettuce was wilted ... very disappointed

Terrible food quality at the Menasha location. Two reoccuring issues are the paper thin quesadillas and tacos with just a tablespoon of meat in. Also, diarrhea every time tells me that theres something wrong with (or added to) the food. On top of all of that, my order has been wrong the past 3 times. This includes missing items and different items than ordered. I drive up to the Express Court location in Appleton now. I highly recommend that location instead of this one.

We went to Taco Bell on corner of North and Richmond St in Appleton. Female Manager was horrible! She cussed/swore at us because our burritos weren't labeled ( we had 2 different sauces and one person couldn't have jalapeño sauce) and we went back through drive thru explaining we couldn't see the difference even when opening burritos and looking at sauce on them and she said "the wrappers were folded differently" and rudely said "Can't you read?" We explained we didn't know to look at the fold of wrappers and were looking for the sauce boxes on wrapper to be checked off or marked. 💢 • Female Manager cussed at us. Refused to give us her name pointed at her shirt and said " no name tags!" Sassily. She's a Very unstable worker and we were especially surprised to find that she claimed to be the Manager. •Other workers were polite and helpful to resolve our issue however that Manager definitely needs some training or time off in my opinion if swearing at customers is her character and management skills!! 💢 Not everybody eats at Taco Bell regularly and/ or orders special orders to just know to look for wrappers to be folded differently. We asked for them to be marked when we ordered at drive up and at pickup window Noone explained the marking was simply different folding of the wrappers however she treated us as if we did something really wrong.

I got 5 regular hard shell tacos. This is what every single one looked like. This is an absolute joke. I feel like I'm being punked. Honestly it kind of crossed my mind to go back and chuck this through the drive thru window, but there wouldn't be anything to clean up.
