Everytime I come here they get my order wrong. We were just in the drive thru for 30 mins and we had an online order. $25 worth of food that we ordered and only received like $5 worth. The First Lady that came outside was very rude. There was another family whose order was messed up and she only asked what was wrong with their order and was really rude to them. Then proceeded to look at my boyfriend and not ask what was wrong with his order and went back inside. It took me calling the store 14 times exactly for them to answer and for me to be able to tell them what was messed up with our order. Everytime I come here they screw it up. Meanwhile they are in the back yelling and joking around instead of doing their jobs.

I usually order with the app and there's always multiple things wrong. For example I'll order an UNSWEET tea and they give me a sweet tea. Or I will upgrade items in a deluxe cravings box and recieve the regular versions. Today I wanted breakfast but when I get the message to pick up my order, the employee tells me that they don't have the ingredients needed and that I need to call into Taco Bell to get a refund. Why let me order items the store can't make?

My daughter and I went through the drive thru at Maysville Taco Bell today. We ordered a meal to share, a #9 I believe. We asked for soft tacos with meat and cheese only and got hard tacos. The Mexican pizza was inedible. It tasted burnt and old and bad just been thrown in the box. I had to throw it away. Do better Taco Bell. Do better.

Great good, slow service. The staff was positive and friendly but they were understaffed and undertrained. We waited over 15 minutes for our food to come out.

I absolutely LOVE the food here. Taco Tuesdays are great; each customer can get a free taco (you may need to order through the app to get it free).

I have been wanting to go here for a long while to get some chili cheese burritos as they aren't available nationwide and it used to be one of my favorite things at Taco Bell. So I go in and order eight so I can freeze seven of them for later. These burritos didn't have even half of the amount of chili cheese that they should have. It is my belief that they didn't want to make any more chili or something and so they shorted me on each one by that much. Had I ordered five or four I believe they would have had the right amount on them probably but I don't know. The lobby was also nasty. I don't give a lot of negative or one star reviews, but this place earned it.

I was very upset to arrive and be told they had no potatoes or fritos. Inventory is not that hard to keep track of. I have sneaking suspicions the workers just didnt make sure they had potatoes to last until they closed... which as a food service worker myself I Can say this establishment probably has poor management.

Pulled in the drive thru at 7:41. Received my food at 8:28. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, my food was COLD, and they messed up my order. When I got to the window, I was thrown a coupon for a free taco. How about a full tank of diesel fuel that I burnt while waiting on my order- an incorrect one at that.
