We ordered from the kiosk and noticed one of them was broken and needed to be replaced. After we ordered, we didn't receive the drink that we ordered via the kiosk. We wnt to sit at a table and noticed that every table was dirty. We at about 2pm and the lobby only had two other guests. We were there for a while, and no employee came to the lobby to clean any of the tables. The food was warm, which was great, but my tortilla chips to go with my cheese dip were crushed and hard to eat. We even used the bathroom that had a sign stating they cleaned or atleasted looked at the bathrooms every 30 minutes. Again, we were there and never saw an employee go in the bathroom. When we did use it, it was dirty, and the tolet paper wasn't even placed on the roll. It was just sitting on the tank of the toilet. Also, if you are in the handicapp stall, you can see the other person through the gap in the stalls. When we tried to enjoy our food, the employees were talking super load, almost yelling, and using profanity. Also, before we left, two of the three employees we saw were hanging out with friends outside the front entrance blasting music. I used to be a shift lead at a fast food restaurant, and that isn't acceptable. I would not recommend this Taco Bell location. I have been to others and have never had such a poor experience.

Ate inside. Entry door was broken. They messed up our order. Tables hadn't been wiped and the floor was littered with food and paper. Couldn't sit on the benches because two employees were sleeping on them. Manager did nothing. Go to Taco Tico it's not that far.

The manager was extremely rude as we had a large order and told us we weren't allowed to order any more food. She was cursing and ranting so loud we could hear her outside the drive thru. Felt bad for the guy who took our order as he was the one who had to relay what the manager said. We have never had a problem with this restaurant before but this manager is extremely unprofessional and you can be sure that I will be launching a corporate complaint. If you're that short staffed, why keep the restaurant open? I understand the frustration, but you're a manager. You're supposed to be professional, and this manager was the exact opposite!

Hands down the worst customer service experience you could ever have in your life. The complete lack of professionalism. It's just teenagers that get upset when one person comes in so they have to get off their phones. Average IQ here when I came was probably 60. There's a reason this place will go out of business soon.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to! While ordering the girl at the counter never once smiled definitely needs to be trained on costumer service. Then while eating there was someone in street clothes being loud and cussing about her job with the workers then ordered some food and didn’t have to pay for it. Also it definitely wasn’t clean either for it being so slow it was very dirty. Not going back to this Taco Bell ever.

We orderd$60.00+ got like 6 meals that being said I asked for alot of hot success an mild but I only got like 4 packs .... not enough not even close some ppl must be being them with there own money cuz they are stingy

I really think the employees should be more mind full of the customers orders and not be rude when the customer is ordering and i say this because i was just there with my husband and he specifically asked for no tomatoes on his food items and he got tomatoes he is highly allergic to tomatoes and i think the person who took our order should be more aware and have better listening skills. the person who was working tonight when my husband and i went he was rude and i asked for mild sauce like a handful because i ordered a lot of food and he gave me three sauces. i just think this taco bell needs better employees.

I’m a DoorDash driver and was in the store May 28th at 7:15. There was a female yelling and using explicit language, saying that she wasn’t doing any doordashes, paraphrasing because what she actually yelled was much worse. I felt bad for her fellow employees who were both level headed, but you could tell that they didn’t appreciate her attitude.
