User Reviews

I recently visited Taco Bell, a place I've always enjoyed for its delicious variety of items. However, upon recent visits, I have consistently experienced an issue where they forget to include one item in my order. Therefore, I am writing this 3-star review to provide honest feedback on my overall experience. First and foremost, I must acknowledge Taco Bell's flavorful menu options. Their tacos, burritos, and nachos can be quite satisfying, and I appreciate the bold combinations of ingredients. The food quality itself has remained consistent and has always met my expectations in terms of taste. However, the repeated issue of forgetting to include one item in my order has become frustrating. It seems that no matter how carefully I check my order before leaving the restaurant, something always manages to slip through the cracks. And unfortunately, the missing item tends to be one that significantly impacts my overall meal experience. On the positive side, the staff at Taco Bell has always been polite and helpful when I bring up the issue. They are quick to rectify the problem and provide me with the missing item, but it can be inconvenient to have to go back and forth just to have a complete order. Furthermore, it's disheartening that the issue continues to occur despite my efforts to double-check my order at the pick-up counter. Lastly, I would like to highlight the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant. Taco Bell generally provides a clean and well-maintained dining area, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a quick meal. The service speed is usually adequate, ensuring that I don't have to wait too long for my order. In conclusion, while Taco Bell offers satisfying food options and maintains a pleasant dining environment, the recurring issue of forgetting one item in my order has significantly impacted my experience. I hope that Taco Bell addresses this concern to ensure a more consistent and reliable service. With improvements in this area, I would gladly give Taco Bell a higher rating in the future.

Drive through, ordered from an employee sitting outside on a stool because he said they wanted to improve their drive thru times. Still waited as long as usual. Ordered strawberry cream (way, way, too sweet) and burrito supreme (which I figured out was just a taco wrapped as a burrito lol) next time will leave off the lettuce. All in all the whole experience was just ho-hum and food was sub par.

The service was fast and friendly! The woman standing in the drive thru line taking orders on a tablet was so funny! She kept us laughing while we waited in line. Give that girl a raise! Our food was hot, fresh, and made correctly. Even my picky eater who hates onions, got her burrito made without onions and she loved it! Thank you for providing outstanding customer service and having such friendly staff.

we ordered a party pack of tacos, got home to enjoy dinner, and it looked like a minimum wage employee rage punched all 12 tacos. not going here again. not the first time either, they laugh and do not care. imagine how dirty the kitchen is if thats the attention span for making food in it.

There was a TB worker physically taking the drive threw orders (not ordering from the speaker menu). When it was my turn she was being called inside she told me to pull up to the second window. Which I and every car behind me did (because that's what the worker told us to do) When I pulled up to the second window a different TB worker started scolding me for not ordering at the speaker menu. She then demanded I pull around and go back through a now very long driver threw line. I could hear the first TB person say "oh I sent her to the second window" As I was trying to explain, I had been sent to this window to order. She kept blaming me for messing up their ordering system. I went where I was told. She was incredibly argumentative and rude. She then scolded me on how every car behind me was going to want to order at the window now. I think some remedial customer service training might be necessary After all of this, she has the audacity to hand me a receipt and ask to leave a review.... so here we are Side note: her yelling at me took longer than them getting my actual order once I was allowed to order. If you are a glutton for punishment from both the servers and the food come here

Only time I've been here was late at night and just drive thru was open, so can't comment on atmosphere, but tacos were really good and still hot. 2 🌟 is due to taking a out 30 minutes to get done in drive thru

Way to put the "cash only" sign after people are stuck in your drive-thru. Wasted 15mins in line for nothing at all when they DID offer debit inside.... which means they could take my card a few feet further and run the card. Topnotch management at this Taco Bell 🙄

It's Taco Bell, fast "mex food", and they are good at what they do. Comparing to a full-blown mex restaurant is not a fair comparison as that's not what they are trying to be. You can shop the menu and eat very cheaply or go all out and spend all you want.
