This TB is hit or miss but have been improving the last month or so. Only problem is staffing shortage. Poor young lady was running both the drive through and the font counter (lowered atmosphere rating). She kept her cool and was extremely helpful when she saw I was struggling.
Tonight was the worst. It used to be great service especially during the day but at least 20 mins ago I ordered from here. Got a crunchwrap and tacos on the side. I am currently under the weather, so couldn't cook a meal without my head pounding. Figured I'd stop by. Big mistake. The women were rude and talked over me while I was trying to order. I suppose one got tired of trying to listen and she gave it to someone else anyways. Our food was soaked and the bag was wet on the bottom when I checked the stuff they looked okay. Yet when I got home in better lighting the crunchwrap tacos and everything else was soggy and soaked in water. As if they poured water on everything. Or made in a puddle of water idk. In any case very disappointing. You go on the list of careless workers. I'm sure the people who work during the day are great but during the night there is a big difference. The picture can't really show how soggy the tortillas are the crunch wrap was thrown away. Was not crunchy.
Worst Taco Bell ever!! Pictures below show that I have two crunch wraps together thats how thin they are with ingredients. All my food was missing their insides. I bit into my my food and thought I was at Wendy's yelling "Where's the Beef" wrote Taco Bell, post on Facebook messenger, and called, not one return message or call. Over 25$ worth of food and all was missing ingredients.
I ordered my food through Door Dash and it said the food would be ready at 9:15. I got there and had to wait until 10:05 for my food. First off they ran out of beef, second the manager was YELLING at the staff, third they had my order all wrong. I should have never waited for the order. This was such poor service. The manager did nothing to make this right. She seemed annoyed that I asked how much longer
There’s always an issue taking orders through the drive through. 2nd time I’ve been at this Taco Bell and their kiosk seems to be down every time. Never have freezes available either. Good luck trying to order food through Uber eats too because they claim they never received the order. Sucks that it’s the only Taco Bell in the area….
This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Go through drive and order, pull up to second window and pay and then served my drink with no ice. Was told no ice in the drive through. Then had to pull around fromt to wait for my order. Get back to start eating and my burrito is toasted yet the cheese isn’t melted and it taste like cardboard. The quesadilla the same thing, cheese isn’t even melted or melting. The taco is broken into pieces, the shell that is. Don’t know what happened to fast food or the service but I wouldn’t recommend this place ever and highly recommend going sone where else. This was ridiculous the way everything was served.
This is the worst location I've been to and I used to drive a truck. Do not go inside cause they cater to drive through and online orders only. Been here 25 minutes and still no food.
I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Imagine going to Taco Bell, ordering tacos, paying EXTRA for chicken instead of beef & receiving THIS.... This Taco Bell is AWFUL (service & quality) & should be ashamed that this is the food product they are putting out for paying customers. Not to mention the rude employees (primarily in the evening & at night) who act like it's a problem to do their job, as if you're inconveniencing them. EVERYTIME I go to this location, there is a problem.... *do better*
