This location has changed to Kiosk only, to order food. The time it took 3 people to try to order on the Kiosk, I finally got a person to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE, granted she explained they are really pushing for the Kiosk only. Luckily, she did take my order. By the time I had received my food, the same people were still at the Kiosk ordering their food. A person is so much faster! If this is where customer service is headed, then I am no longer supporting this business. I love being greeted by people, human interactions. Kiosk just seems like the customer is an inconvenience. Please make the Kiosk optional again, for those that love the Kiosk.

Staff was very helpful. They opened the restroom for my son when they have only take away option

Did drive through since the last 3 online orders were wrong whether that be forgotten items or incorrectly made items. The girl training someone on drive through cut us off in the middle of a 3 person order, we tried to add sauce and apparently she didn't have the time for us when there was only one truck behind us, who had barely pulled up. I understand drive times, having worked at taco bell in the past, however we didn't take an unusual amount of time. When we asked to add sauce at the window she huffed but did so, and when we checked before driving off the sauce wasn't in the bag. We asked for the sauce and the poor guy training closed the window while she gave obvious attitude about getting the sauce. What's wrong with expecting to get what you paid for, and what's with when a customer being nice, asking for the correct items you give attitude. It's her job to be there and get orders correct. Get her an attitude check. She needs some training on not being a witch for no reason. New guy was nice and should be acknowledged for being nice and patient.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, received food very fast. Made my order inside the restaurant. Great job and keep it up!

3 days after Kodas review. Seems like the same girl at the drive thru still needs an attitude check. Our online order was wrong and we went back through and she rolled her eyes and acted as if we were inconveniencing her for our missing hot sauce. She slapped the hot sauce in my hand and shook her head. Still didn’t even get the correct hot sauce. Wasn’t worth bringing up with her. Won’t be back.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in salt lake valley. The food is a notch above most of them, but i am always pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the staff are. But not in an over the top fake way, just like they are nice people.

I really dig on some taco bell. They are fast but skimp on foods. I usually pay for coffee I don't receive and the portion sizes are becoming bunk. If you give me a bunch of 1/4 filled tacos, I expect the price to match.

Every time I go they forget something and you think by now I would remember to check before I leave but I don't lol my bad but still stop forgetting to complete my order
