Not really a fan of this location. While the drive thru was fast, I think there’s an amateur making the food. Tacos were thin, burrito was wrapped weird and not made correctly. The beans in the burrito were like old & dry (see photo). Not happy with this place.

Staff are friendly and efficient enough. Food is made correctly, from what I can tell. Prices are getting awfully high for what you get though, and even when it's correct, Taco Bell food is just not anything to write home about. Good location for a Taco Bell though.

I wish I could give a ZERO.I'm writing this as I'm in the parking lot. Just now, I walked inside to order. Stood there for 20 mins LITERALLY while all the workers walked past me,didn't say a word to me. Then, a man came up waited beside me with his burrito he got with just lettuce and tomato NO chicken like it was supposed to be, I finally walk out of the place. HORRIBLE ! no customer service let alone making orders correctly. This isn't the first time this has happened either, whether it be messing up my order completely or to waiting in the drive thru for 45mins all to get my order wrong. I understand businesses are short staffed, I get it. But, the workers here do not care nor want to work for anything or anybody. Its sad what this place has become. Like I said, this isn't the first time this has happened, its been SEVERAL times which prompted me to write this. You might as well shut this place down if you have to employ people like this to work for your company.

Extremely busy drive thru, but the line moved very fast! Great staff. Good food. Very reasonable prices for the quality and amount of food received.

I just they got robbed by this restaurant I ordered online and pulled up and asked for it. After sitting twenty five minutes in a drive thru line that barely moved 4 cars at 9:15 pm. Just to be by a young woman with a rude and disgusting demeanor to tell me my doordash order doesn't exist in their system and she didn't even try to look for it. She just told me they didn't have it right away but She was too focused on not serving food and continued to refuse to find my order but I showed her the receipt. I believe in having a tough moment in the restaurant and being frustrated with your job but that leaves no right for her to take it out on the people trying to help the business make money.

I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 8 mins before anyone spoke a word. Then I waited 25 mins to get my food. There were three females standing around by the drive thru window while one male was preparing all the food. Each time I come to this location it’s getting worse and worse. Employees goofing off with no sense of urgency for customer service.

Ok this toco bell has very friendly service but I ordered 2 chalupas and when you pay your hard earned $$ you expect to receive at least decent value for your money . Not so here, there was a lot of lettuce and a fair amount of cheese and tomato. But a very thin line of meat to the point you could barely taste it , the shell itself is already thick enough. Never ever will I go here again 👎🏾👎🏾 so called hood locations give much better . I so wish that I had took pictures. They need to do better

This Taco Bell location is a relic of a bygone era, before our fiat monetary system incentivized businesses and their employees to churn out garbage at the lowest possible cost while being exactly at the level of acceptability that won't elicit a statistically significant amount of consumer push back. The drive thru attendant was courteous and professional, and whoever made the food made it delicious, accurately, and in a timely fashion--it was as though they took pride in doing good work. Whaaaaat?
