I ordered a 12 pack of tacos and they only gave me 11. I did not notice until I got home. I called them twice but nobody would answer the phone. I did not have time to go back the next day to complain about it. After that it would be too late since I did not get a receipt from them either.
Ordered a Mexican pizza vegetarian and it came out beef, they were quick enough to fix it but I had mentioned that it was vegetarian 3 times and heard them confirm so once before going to the next window. Not a bad experience but a little longer than I was hoping for and something that could have been easily avoided.
Once upon a time, this taco bell used to ALWAYS mess up my order, often forcing me to drive through twice because of a dairy allergy, however they changed something over the last couple months and this is consistent, fast and a relatively clean location. It’s still taco bell, so dampen your expectations, but its a good location. Also, the soda machine inside used to be broken all the time and they fixed that too, so thats nice. Shoutout
Hi I am writing this review mainly for the customer service department, but also for the overall management. I went to taco bell today around 7:45 PM to buy some food. I ordered two cravings boxes but wanted to ensure the beef was supplemented for beans, because I can't eat non kosher meat, instead of confirming the change, the order taker continued saying "anything else". I just wanted to make sure there were beans in my tacos and no meat, because this location had previously messed up my order and put beef in my tacos, I had to make another trip to go back and get the order right. when i said no beef and add beans. I repeated myself and that seemed to have angered the man taking my order. I rolled up to the window and he told me to "open my eyes next time and look at the screen", as he took his hands and mimicked forcing his eyes open. I told him this isn't okay and he told me he would cancel my order which I had already paid for. I asked if there was anyone else willing to assist me, when a lady looked at the man and agreed that I was disruptive. I felt discriminated and unwanted. My 7 year old daughter began crying in the backseat after hearing him yell at me, she was scared and wanted me to drive away. He then said " I am only giving you your order because your daughter is crying, you are not a threat to me". I didn't want to further anger anyone because my daughter was already crying, so I took my order and left. He had provided me with no receipt or his name. I am very upset with their service, and I really hope they can improve. I have never had a worse drive thru experience. I am looking forward to hearing from the management team.
Somehow, the tacos were double-shelled, which was weird. Further, the beans were a bit thick and almost paste-like. The crew was nice enough though. Mostly, just keep your order basic and it's less likely that anyone will get it wrong.
There were a lot of cars in the drive thru. The line was served fast. The cashier was friendly and efficient. And our order was done correctly
Efficient and kind service! The store is very tidy. The food came out very quickly and was nice and fresh! A really good experience!
They always forget something in our order. Keep hoping it gets better so far, not! Food is so sloppy with no meat in tacos, bean burrito mass onion, and no sauce! It's just terrible. If you call to complain, no help, just slop!
