I never do reviews. But first they gave me the incorrect order. Then the "correct" order was tortilla shells with no filling. Asked for 2 burritos, got a shell with a thin layer of filling. Ordered a 12 count party pack of tacos, they gave it to me in a box that immediately fell through when i walked out the door. Proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes for 12 more soft tacos. Unacceptable.

picture this. its been a long night. you’re exhausted and starving, and decide to get some taco bell, 3 tacos, a cheese quesadilla and a crunchwrap supreme-All with black beans, as you’ve been a vegetarian for 10+ years. you bit into your crunchwrap that you’ve been yearning for, and as you chomp down, you realize its an unfamiliar taste…BEEF! i ate beef because of this taco bell. All 3 of the tacos had beef, and in lieu of a quesadilla, i got a cheesy gordita crunch-also filled with beef. i may be a bit hangry and mad, but how do you mess up an order THAT bad? i will he scrubbing my mouth clean of that beef this taco bell had me unknowingly eat

Walked in to the place and was told I had to use the computer to place my own order. Another customer came in and went straight to the kiosk. The other computer screen was broken. They use the kiosk over 6 minutes. No one in the store would take my order. They certainly did not care about customer service. I went next door and was in and out in 4 minutes with food

Over priced. Empty taco. I bought a chicken taco supreme and there was an upcharge for it. This made the taco 3.69$! For a sliver of a fajita chicken and was bland in taste. The beef tacos are fine and plentiful.

Me and some friends arrive at 9 pm to order and not a single person on the crew could come over and great us. I was about to walk out until I heard their 4 man crew talking....This is ridiculous and completely disrespectful..They didn't even say a word after ordering from a self service kiosk...I haven't been to a taco bell since before the pandemic but I'm beyond pissed and floored about this.

Chunky middle aged female manager that works nights can’t take orders to save her life. I said no lettuce no tomatoes loud and clear 3 times and they still can’t get it right. I’m forced to ask for receipts now or check all my food right there at the window.

I loved this place , May is very nice i think that’s her name , she paid for me and my friends meal! She should definitely get a raise, anyways definitely visit this taco bell

This location never fails me, the crew is young but on top of things! Fast, friendly and my food is always made fresh! One of my favorite Taco Bell locations!!!
