I've given up on this location completely due the ongoing frustration with inaccurate orders and inept staffing. You should too! Just downgraded the review from two stars a few months ago to one star now as there is continued decline. The employees don't even know the contents of the menu items and I'm trying to explain it to them and they insist that they are correct and then the order out wrong. Regardless of how few or how many items are in my order. At least one to two items is incorrectly made per order. I now will actively drive to the next taco bell location which is 5 miles further just to avoid using this location. Look at my picture, should you really eat that as somebody that doesn't eat beef? And this is the second failed correction on the same night so the entire order was already replaced once I'm not even going to bother going back.

I love eating at Taco 🌮 Bell. When I started coming to this particular restaurant several times the orders had been incorrect. One time I got all the way home to discover I had gotten the WRONG order all together. I always check my order to make sure it is correct before I leave the restaurant.

Just ordered Uber eats. Intentionally added beef on veggie pizza. Left all sauce packets and switched different burritos. Need to fire that person. Quality is horrible. Dirty filthy pigs work there.

I don’t even know where to start. First this location can’t ever seem to get orders correct when you go after 8pm lately. The last 4 times we have gone to this location either something is missing entirely, over charged for the wrong items ordered or just given something we didn’t order at all. Tonight though was unacceptable, even though the previous times we have just sucked up the loss of money we cannot keep spending $30 on food we don’t receive any longer. My husband went back to try and get the food he was missing. He ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal along with other food and when he got home the crunch wrap wasn’t there and replaced with stale nacho chips which after looking at the receipt he was charged for. The lobby hours are until 10pm but when he arrived before 10 it was locked and an associate with a beard told him to go thru the drive thru very rudely. So when he goes thru the drive thru he asked for a manager, the young man just said “what was missing give me your receipt”. My husband said what was missing and the manager told him to “calm down this is a Taco Bell” as if we should expect to pay high dollar and then not get the food we ordered. He was completely disrespectful and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He said he would remake the food but with the attitude given he didn’t trust that it wouldn’t be tampered with. He asked for his name and corporate number but refused both, he told him he can find the number online. In doing this not only was the manager but also other associates were laughing as if trying to instigate the situation to make it worse. Needless to say we spent $30 and only got about $15 of it and no refund offered. This will be the last time time we come to this location. Looking at the other reviews from tonight we aren’t the only ones with the same complaints. I hope the franchise owner sees this and makes corrections to the staff before it’s too late and everyone in the community stops coming to this location. Do better, have pride and learn how to provide customer service.

Aaki and his co workers were extremely helpful in fixing my order for me! Going above and beyond with no negative vibes or complaints. Very rare to receive that kind of customer service. Thanks again to everyone working today!

I asked for my tacos to be supreme, and they were not supreme. My Cinnabon delights were stale. I didn’t like the expression on the young man’s face who had served me… it seemed like I was annoying him by being there.

This restaurant is freezing cold. Like a walk in freezer. I was surprised I couldn't see my breath in there. I had my 5 year old with me and we had to eat fast and get out because it was too hot to sit outside, but too cold in the restaurant. I mentioned how cold it was to an employee and she looked at me, didn't say a word, and walked away. It's like they don't want anyone to dine in here. Make sure you wear your snowsuits if you decide to eat inside!

I went through the drive thru here on Saturday and just got a burrito supreme with no red sauce, a cheese roll up with nacho cheese sauce and a medium drink. The drive thru employee was kind but with all fast food locations it truly helps if they repeat your order so you know it’s correct. Over $9 for a small drink, 1 burrito and 1 tiny cheese roll up was ridiculous as usual. I give it a 1 star rating because the cheese roll up wasn’t melted at all. It was given to me with cold cheese, nothing melted, absolutely cold. That is so gross for something so easy a 3 year old could’ve nuked that thing. This is just another place that lacks any amount of quality 😞
