Made a mobile order with two craving boxes. They come with 2 medium drinks. When I get to the store I ask if I can have 1 (one) large cup instead of 2 (two) medium cups. Answer was "No you can't change the order since it was a mobile order". I'm not asking for two large just one large cup instead of two medium. "Yea you can't change it." I'm not trying to pull a fast one just reducing the amount of cups I'm carrying. It would have been less cups and less product, I had already paid a higher price for the two medium drinks. So what I'm saying is customer service could go a long way in this instance but it didn't thus the review. And no I can't change it because it's done online!
I moved to the area some six months ago and my god... this place is truly terrible. I've gone maybe 4-5 times? 2 times for breakfast, 2 times for dinner, and maybe once more. Breakfast always seems to be operated by a singular person for the whole store,' she's a little rude/short but if she's as overworked as it seems, that's fair I guess. The eggs are literally overcooked to the point of being little pebbles. I've not gotten ONE item from this place in which the cheese was melted.. including the cheesy roll ups which are just cheese in a rolled up tortilla. Why doesn't their cheese melt??? Gotten food poisoning twice so that's it for me lol at this point I just have to accept that the closest taco bell to me is straight poison and just stop going. Hope it gets better one day, but I won't be testing that out myself anymore.
Exceptional service, I didn’t notice anyone wearing a badge. The lady at the counter who took our order had a beautiful accent. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient. We ordered 2 of the burrito supremes and nacho fries. The burritos and fries were sooo delicious!!! The restaurant dining area was very clean. Prices for the items we ordered were very reasonable. There are some parking spaces designated for handicapped only.
Let’s chat about this hell hole. I asked for a volcano shell at the window just a shell nothing more. I was told I needed to drive back around to order at the Intercom. The young woman who asked me to do this appeared disheveled and a bit infantile mentally (very rude and condescending ). Her demeanor reveals that customer service may not be her forte, it’s a great thing that my patience isn’t as short as her ponytail. I literally found it comical and disturbing, it gives great insight as to why some people can never advance in life— treat people with respect because Karma is definitely in place! This restaurant doesn’t display a place that caters to its patrons, I would absolutely not recommend anyone go here stop giving this store your money! Money is power and without customers you don’t have an establishment. Giving someone a food item that their supposed to consume without proper storage is a threat to public health and overall food safety. Please see photos attached with date.
Easy online order kiosk. Quick making of food which is Hot. Tastier and nice helpful staff.
Refused to take Taco Bell issued $5 gift card. Ironically, the entire reason we got these cards was because of the terrible service and quality here in the first place. There is no accountability at all. It's amazing what franchises can get away with nowadays. 👍
Last time I'll go to this location. I went to the counter to order, employee told me I had to order through the kiosk. After placing my order it was not prepared, after seeing a few people who ordered after me I went to counter to find out what happened. They never made it and had to call someone from a back room to prepare it. The food was fresh, and at that time tasted good, but my mom ended up with food poison. All night is was throwing up from both ends. The staff, just rude not friendly (no hello or thank you), but why am I surprised, this visit wasn't the first unfriendly experience. But this visit sealed the deal, I will NEVER go back to this location.
Terrible, barely fill burritos with anything, quesadillas were terrible, no melted cheese or really anything but that sauce, not great attitudes either.
