I don't care about your times... don't tell me to pull forward for an order off of the dollar menu. Another time I was here they were cleaning their fryers at 11 so they couldn't cook anything for the rest of the night... Prioritize guests over getting out.

They don't serve food in the order its ordered. They had me pay in the drive through, then deserved the 6 cards behind me. A couple of cars is understandable but 6 is rude. I recommend going to a different location.

The construction of this establishment is top notch! Very clean and well organized. The parking lot is a little tight but still flows well. Definitely worth the drive to try out a new Taco Bell. Unbelievably clean, kid friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Josh the GM is fantastic and fun while also being helpful. Very attentive staff all around.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell i have ever been in. I walked in to the crew throwing food at each other and cursing. It took 4 members 3 minutes to even acknowledge me being there. 2 tacos and a burrito took 5 minutes to make, and when i asked for a bag to put it in, the lady threw it on the counter for me to bag. The store was disgusting, and so was the crew. Slobs.

I come to this location because it is the closest to where I live. I place mobile orders several times usually about an hour and a half before close. Whenever I show up they say they don’t have any orders pending. They say they are about to close when it’s literally an hour before they are scheduled to close. The food is always stale the chalupa shells are almost impossible to chew. The Crunchwrap tortillas and soft taco tortillas are always so stale, you can literally break pieces off and bounce them. They always make excuses about not having this or that, and they offer substitutes of lesser value which are also stale. The fiesta potatoes are less than half way full in the already tiny container they provide. Drink, no straw. Potatoes, no fork. Several items in the bag which had to be substituted and no napkins. Employees in the parking lot laughing and joking while I’m at the intercom trying to grab my order. Several minutes and no answer. I think from now on I am going to drive the extra 15 minutes to go to another location for better food and better service. It’s Taco Bell. It’s not that hard.

I went there and ordered a potato taco with no lettuce and a chicken chipotle burrito with rice and when i got home the order was completely messed up. I called and the manager was very nice and accommodating however when i get back home the order was messed up again so overall not a very happy or good experience

The prices have gone up so much n I didn't realize that. I went to get a $5 box n when I got to the window it was $11 n not $5. Really sad bcuz those of us on a fixed income really enjoyed bein able to a box for $5. I dont know as if I'll eat at Taco Bell again bcuz of the prices goin through the roof n I love Taco Bell jus can't afford it these days. So sad 😔

I ordered 3 soft chill tacos I got 2 crunchy tacos. By the time I got back to work it was too late to bother, but I will rate them on the survey on the receipt. Make sure you do as well folks. Vote with your dollars, peace.
