I should not say to food but it's the worst taco bell I have ever had. This Chipotle chicken melt and I can't say how bad it was.
At this particular visit the lady answering the intercom told me a large list of things they did not have because they were out of them and had not got a truck in over a week and a half. They did have everything I ordered because all I wanted was 4 soft shell tacos with meat and cheese only. So they had everything except mild sauce. Her and the manager apologized. So for my kiddos to eat it wasn’t a problem.
Got order wrong - called and manager said they were out of what I ordered and I told him they should have said something instead of substituting something. Told him barely had meat on it and he started in about they do right portions and I said I know what the portions are and he said they have changed- When has it ever been acceptable for a manager to talk to a customer the way he did.
Truck drivers, at 9:45pm we tried to walk in to order our food and were turned away? Lobby closed early? We were told they closed the lobby around 9:30-9:45ish… not a set time. We also were not allowed to do a walk up order. How in the world are Truckers supposed to get something to eat if it is restricted? This place is ridiculous.
The best Taco Bell in the area. They get you your food and make it right which can't be said about any taco bell from here to TN. I wich they took a little more pride in keeping their lobby clean.
London Taco Bell was one of the cleanest we have ever been too. It was a quick stop while we traveled but we decided to dine in. The man working the register was great, super friendly and helpful. Best Taco Bell.
This location is now open and brand new. We had the worst Taco Bell experience of our life here on December 23rd, 2021 3pm. 1. Chalupas had almost no meat in them. The shell was so hard it could not be eaten. 2. Beef burrito supremes? Wow. They were so disgusting they were inedible. 3. The staff was just clueless. Everyone either standing around or outside smoking cigarettes. 4. Had to go back through to get our drinks. 5. They forgot to give us two soft tacos that we paid for and did not notice until we left. 6. We ordered two orders of jalapenos, we got only one. It is incredibly rare for me to leave a bad review, however, I will never come here again. Picture of beef burrito supremes attached. Enjoy!
I stop here often as I work very close. However it is hit or miss on the quality at times but the good out weighs the bad and overall I'm satisfied with this establishment.
