Staff were friendly. My food was made wrong but didn't realize this until I got home as I went through the drive through. A bit of a wait in the drive through.
Its Taco Bell i was expecting 5 star food or service. But We normally love this TB, so we were in fond du lac and there was a different TB 5 minutes away but we choose to drive to this one 15 minutes away. It was 940pm when we ordered our food and the dining room said it closed at 10pm. (Mind you I called prior to coming to check closing time of lobby was told midnight). We had a family of 5 and ordered $57 in food. So we wait about 12 minutes for our food. And literally from the moment the lady handed us our food she began the count down 8 minutes until lobby closes. 6 minutes til lobby closes , 5 minutes, 4 minutes. Then we were told the lobby is closed and we needed to go eat or $57 of food in our car. I'm sorry this employee hates her Job this much. Since she then yelled our lobby closed 1 minute ago you must leave now. we cleaned up after ourselves and started heading to the door. I did tell my children this is why I teach you to talk to people with respect. (There was many othet ways to handle this) We just spent nearly $60 on burnt and nasty fast food and couldn't even get 10 minutes to eat. Why take our order? As we left she said I don't make the rules I just enforce them. It's Taco bell lock the door and let us have 10 minutes to eat, your open until midnight. The girl looked about 30years old with her septum pierced. Worst customer service I've delt with in a long time.
Not everyone likes those self ordering machines . I work there if wanted to take my order. Good thing McDonald's across street. When had trouble figuring out machines that's where I went.
They forgot my cinna twists not a big deal but after waiting 15mins for them the girl litterly mocked my voice how i asked for them to a coworker. I was in no way angry at first until she litterly did this right in front of me thinking i couldnt hear. I called her out on it and she slammed the window. All my my food was cold
Nice gas station/convenience store TB! Only complaint is: Please toast the burritos when the word "Toasted" is in the actual name of the item! Lol....
Food was good, but theyvforgot one of my things I ordered When I called the manager she was VERY polite & sent me a card to replace what I was missing
Ordered grilled cheese burrito with no Chipotle sauce or Fiesta strips.. and they made it without the cheese grilled on the outside. Tried to call to let them know but no answer
Great place to stop in at and grab some food as well as gas being there connected to a gas station as well as cheap prices on there food and fast service if you want to just grab and go with your chow
