The food seems to always be alutyle on the dry side and if you order tacos you may get a teaspoon of beef very little veggies you can break the tacos in half and put everything on one side and still have less than a taco the burritos dry and taste like the fillings were sitting around at least a week the beans never taste the same. It's pretty sad ..very disappointed.

I love eating at Taco Bell, amazing food like always. In this location is the worst I've been too. They take for ever to make your food. Been waiting for 25 minutes and nothing 😒. All other locations I revcieve my food in less the 10. You'll need to hire more people to be honest.

Placed an order with the app in the parking lot at 12:45 PM on Sunday Sept. 3rd and walked inside, checked in with an employee and got our drink cups to fill, sat down and waited to get our food. After checking on our order a couple times, we finally got our order at 1:35 PM. 50 minutes to get our order. In the meantime, a multitude of orders were filled through the drive through.

8:30 in the morning and the lobby is absolutely disgusting as you'll see in the pictures. The two ladies working went out and sat in one of their vehicles and were smoking it up, leaving only one guy in the back and he was from an outside company. Every table was dirty except two. I post many reviews and I am very fair with my reviews. This Taco Bell has really went down hill in the last year. Gotta do better. Monticello Indiana

Absolutely horrible every time we visit. This will be the LAST. They never give you your full order. Tonight, we received $20 of our $50 order! Went in and they made us wait 10 minutes before talking to someone then told us they wouldn’t refund. Then a manager shows up and offers a refund plus full meal replacement. Took 50 minutes and nothing but screaming hungry kids and excuses… just absolutely ridiculous.

Opened my nacho fry box, to find my fries packed in a little dish which no biggie I get it but Then I go to open my chalupa & here we are……how’re you gonna put little to no meat in your food, Stuff the things with toppings & still expect people to handle your stank attitudes..? Absolutely not , this blows my mind…. Never again

I always love taco bell. Usually good experience here, other than the prices. We can't seem to go here and NOT spend $50 😕... Which is saying a lot considering its taco bell. Used to be one of the cheapest places and now one of the more pricey ones unfortunately. But I guess what isn't expensive now a days right? Always friendly staff! I adore the staff here, always in the DT , usually don't go inside much unless there was a mess up (don't happen often) actually I think it's only happened one time really? And when it did, it wasn't a real huge thing, I was maybe missing a taco and side of bachelor cheese? I got that stuff back, plus coupons for the next time, and a free cinnamon twist too for the inconvenience. My only gripe, can you guess what I'm gona say? I bet you can... the parking lot... well, not so much the lot, as getting ouutttttt ... it's this streets curse I swear ... oye 😬 Resturant always clean, entry is easy to navigate for those with disabilities, wheel chairs, elderly and kids. Kid friendly atmosphere, it's a family restaurant.

Went there and ordered a Crunchwrap like I always do; they said they’re out of beef would it be okay to substitute with chicken and I said that was fine. Come to find out that was a mistake because I bit into a bone in the middle of my Crunchwrap. I called the manager to let them know and see what they could do. Pretty much said it’s not their problem because it had to have come from the manufacturer. I understand I’ve worked in fast food and mistakes happen. I didn’t get an apology or anything. The manager really just dismissed me and the fact that it happened at all, no apology, no explanation, just a dismissal and not our fault conversation.
