User Reviews

My recent experience at Taco Bell left me utterly frustrated and unsatisfied. I can confidently say that it was one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have ever had. The service was abysmal, with incredibly slow and clueless employees who seemed to be completely inept at their jobs. We wasted over an hour of our time and left hungry and disappointed, without even a glimpse of the food we had ordered. Upon arrival, it was evident that the restaurant was not particularly busy. There were only a few customers ahead of us, and there were plenty of empty tables. Despite this, the staff appeared to be moving at a snail's pace, lacking any sense of urgency or efficiency. We patiently waited, expecting a reasonably prompt service, only to find ourselves wasting away in a vortex of inefficiency and disorganization. As the minutes turned into an hour, our patience began to wear thin. We observed the employees casually chatting among themselves, seemingly oblivious to the fact that customers were growing increasingly frustrated. No effort was made to inform us of the delay or provide an explanation for the excruciatingly long wait. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the staff. It is disappointing to see a once-reliable chain like Taco Bell decline in quality so significantly. We had expected a quick and enjoyable meal but were met with an utter lack of professionalism and competence. Our time and patience were wasted, and we left the restaurant empty-handed and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this particular Taco Bell location until they address the glaring issues with their service. Such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction should not be tolerated. Taco Bell, you have lost a long-time customer due to this abysmal experience.

This taco bell is probably the worst one I have been to. They always screw up orders . Never get hot food ? Never get the sauces we ask for ? For the prices we pay it should be perfect but it's far from that. The taco shells always seem stale ? The way they make food it looks rushed ? Here is a photo of 2 Mexican pizzas we got . Very sloppy Poorly made wasn't even cut right , cold I could go on and on . Only reason it's cut in the photo we did our selves at home .

Only person in the drive through or in the store... still got my order wrong... acted lk I was bothering them even I was putting my order in... when they couldn't even get my order right I simply asked for a refund which I guess is a huge hassle at taco bell bc the manager seemed annoyed about that too... trash service trash staff and trash management... I left with out even getting my refund...

Usually do mobile orders to pickup via drive thru asap. Decided to do pick up inside ASAP and its taking them over 20 minutes to get my order out. But drive thru is empty.

They barely put anything in the grilled cheese dipping taco....horrible. I've been to other locations and it was good. But this stay away.

First time to TB in 10+ years. Nice menu selection. Reasonable prices. Good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking. We'll be back.

If the picture of the food was actually what you received... or even remotely close it would be great. But, my Taco supreme had a sprinkle of meat lettuce, ten shreds of cheese and six tiny squares of tomato. That was it. They ALWAYS get the money correct when they charge you. Maybe one day "Taco Bell Management" might read there reviews and get it straight.

Tried to add to my order and the worker was rude and said I would have to go around and order again. I did try to call and speak with them about the instance and there was no answer.
