I'll begin by saying that this Franchise location did have a Serve Safe food Score of 96. Second, it will be a VERY Very long time before I spend Income here again. That's how I got my bag. The sauce packets were covered in what I hope is red colored drink mix. Are you telling me they didn't feel that as you picked them up? Did the original person not think to run them to the sink even if it was under cold water? The shells were soggy, broken, luke warm, and probably underweight! Why would you give me tacos that were sitting on the line? Just because you add cold ingredients, the meat doesn't become cold as it passes to the customers. You blessed someone else paid, and I don't feel well. Employees-if you're not paid well, don't screw the customer.

If I could do a negative 1 start I would….Rude cashier , cold food, waited 30 mins while the staff socialized instead of taking the order or make food. Walking around with money in hands. Then when I addresses the issue the nasty cashier got an attitude and her body language was aggressive. Terrible service and low quality- do not go here! Anywhere else is better. Empty registers for 15 - 20 mins. Taco prepper with same gloves for entire time and touching pants. I am so grossed out. Will never return. Manager watching the whole time. Never got drinks, had to ask for cups. Just ridiculous.

They are never open at the time stated on their doors and windows. I stopped at the window when they didn't answer the drive through for 5 minutes. The two employees were just standing there talking. After they eventually noticed me, I waved one over to the window. He came and opened it and said we aren't open yet. I said the window says you open at 8. He used fake sign language and said slowly and demeaningly "We aren't open yet" again, not acknowledging what I had said. I then lost my cool and told him F you, to which he responded back F you, which is fair. Corporate phone is only Monday to Friday apparently. If I'm still upset by Monday, I guess I will call.

I just came from this Taco Bell and order food. I ordered two extra cinnamon twists with my cravings box and did not receive my extra cinnamon twists that I purchased. I called the store phone to let them know that my cinnamon twists was missing out my bag and someone answer the phone and left the phone on answer, so now the phone is busy when I call.

We pulled up and the Taco bell ordering service was shut down. We heard frustration through the speaker, but Porsha (the night manager) was able to explain to us that we could order using the mobile app and she immediately apologized for the ordering services on her end being down. She was helpful in assuring we got food, even if it was through the app versus through the speaker. Thanks Porsha for telling us to order using mobile rather than just tuning us away like some may have.

I order a family pack, get home, and both quesadillas were missing. The main item I was missing. Normally I would take the loss but I wanted what I paid for. I called and said what happen. With a little attitude she says, Do you have the receipts? You’ll have to bring it in?” Oh okay no problem! I show up in my Deputy shirt to other guest complaining about the wait inside. A couple was surprised I was so calm. Even advised me badge them lol. After 15 minutes, which I understand a rush, a manager I assume says you’re the one missing 1 item. I corrected her ad said it was both. She grabs my receipt like I was inconveniencing her. After a few minutes I get my two items without a sorry, have a great day, I apologize for the inconvenience. Poor management especially under stress. From young kids I understand but not management. I started to say I am owed something more since they had an attitude from the start but I just choose to not return ever again. Burger King and McDonald’s is next door.

My bean burrito was especially excellent. I asked for extra sauce and onions--it was perfect and I didn't have to microwave it when I got home. The beans were smoothe and well cooked. With the order of guacamole, it was heaven. Thank you, Taco Bell!
