Amazingly quick service, very nice people working here. Ordered and got my food not even a minute later. Very clean and well stocked. Taco Bell is always a great bet. Food was good as always.
Something very wrong at this location. Been here three times in the past month and twice it took around 30 min to receive my mobile order. I usually order for in-store pickup to avoid the long drive thru line and it's like you get penalized for that, as if the staff hustles to keep the drive thru moving at the expense of the in-store orders. Inevitably a bunch of annoyed people who figured they'd get their food faster end up standing around waiting 20-30 minutes for $15 worth of fast food. There's also about a 50% chance your order will be wrong. One time recently my fiancee ordered one of the vegetarian burritos and it was full of ground beef, another time some items were left out altogether. Based on the number of people I've seen complaining at the counter, it's a regular occurrence. This store's only a few blocks from my house but I think it's time to try another location.
Crazy how inconsistent they can be here. A lot of the time the food is fantastic. Then you randomly end up with inedible slop. Almost makes it more disappointing if that makes any sense.
This tacobell is always skimpy on meat in the tacos. Never enough cheese and is a waste of the name tacobell. Thank you for my tortilla wrapped dorito shell, but it was supposed to be a cheesy Gordita crunch... cheese in between the shells, actually sticking together and actual meat inside, with more cheese. I'm going to start driving an extra 10 minutes to go to a better location. A shame because this one is a mile from my house. Go to a different location, this one is trash.
Worst experience ever ordering online to pickup in this location. I paid extra to swap ground beef for steak and chicken and ended up getting ground beef for everything I ordered for my kids and paying more. I realized when I got home and start eating and on top of that they don't even pick up the phone to make a complaint. The worst. I should just stick to the Montauk Hwy location.
I use the app at this Taco Bell to order for my family. They usually get my order correct(missed some of my customizations on a few items) and the food is always good. I recommend this one.
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations near to my work place. The staff is very friendly and they serve the order quickly. Very nice place!!
Love the trio for $5 I think taco bell is the healthiest of all the junk food out there. Also the taste of the cheese and tortillas with sour cream is delish
