Management really needs to learn to accommodate for their clients. It was a reasonable request - pickup an online order and order one powerbowl. So Mr Been A Manager for 10yrs- how about some human connection and common sense . Never coming back here again when this guy is here

I always order via mobile app when I come here and it’s always amazing! But the last few times I came this young lady has been nothing but rude to me ! For no absolute reason. Today she tried telling me that my order was never received and even with my order number and proof of payment she said she would not be making my order. After 15 minutes of being inside the building they finally remade me my order. I do not know what her issue is when I have been nothing but nice but she seriously needs an attitude adjustment

I always get the same thing1 Mexican pizza no beans or a enchilada no beans. BUT THIS MEXICAN PIZZA WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE that's low rating

okay first of all i used to work at taco bell so i know how things are supposed to be served and what’s acceptable and what’s not and this whole experience was awful. me and my fiancé came at 12 midnight after he got off work and we got a five layer burrito with steak instead of beef and i got the chipotle chicken ranch burrito with no tomatoes. the young lady who took our order was rude and had a piss poor attitude but we shrugged it off as maybe she had a bad day. this store is about 4 minutes away from our house so we drove home before we ate and when we went to eat it, our food was cold. the burritos felt and tasted like they’d been sitting for at least an hour. we couldn’t even finish it it was so gross. food doesn’t go from hot to room temperature in 4 minutes. terrible. we will not be returning whoever’s the manager of this store needs to do some serious re-training of their staff.

My cheese roll up… (all 4 were like this) I went back around and this time they were full of tomatoes….

Very disappointed with the quality of food put out here. Every time there is either an item missing or given a wrong item. There's barely anything put into the burritos and tacos just all shell or tortilla. Ordered a five layer burrito and this burrito in the picture is what was recieved, completely wrong item and hardly nothing inside. The fiesta potatoes given was a small spoonful with hardly no toppings. Time after time I try to give this location another chance, but each time same results. I rather travel further to get what I paid for!

This is what I get when I ask for extra black beans (that I pay extra for). And this is the second time. I think someone there thinks it’s funny, but I only come here when I work a double shift with no break, so it’s not funny to me. Won’t be back 👎🏽

Came to drive thru tonight and by far the worst time. Not only where y’all out of lettuce but this taco look terrible. I understand that y’all ran out but when I worked Taco Bell we would have to call other stores for lettuce or make a store run and by lettuce until the next day or truck. My taco was very different tonight and barley any cheese on here at that I felt like I was eating nachos instead of tacos.
