Good lord I expected sub par service and food; it is taco bell and all. But they didn't put chicken in my chicken burrito. And gave me a bean burrito instead of my beefy crunch burrito. Two simple items and they couldn't even get that right. If you like the taste, smell, and ambiance of a dumpster fire, you'll love this taco bell.

Decent and pretty food and good service, especially for a taco bell. Was also pretty quick. My kids got the crunchwrap combo and all loved it.

Great customer service. Our berry freeze was a little runny and the worker gave us a free small freeze of a different flavor without us asking. 10/10 people here, not like most other taco bell I've been to

Our visit here this week was one of the best to TB in recent memory. They actually know how to make the items, ours were filled satisfactorily and everything was there. Wait wasn't even bad either. This location is like Ruths Kris compared to the Saratoga Springs location. That one is a dumpster fire. Worth driving out here to this one to actually get decent food.

Taco Bell is great for a number of reasons. Consistency, calories, and convenience. They always deliver what they advertise. Sometimes the food has a bit of a medicine taste, but I'm willing to look past that when you get that amount of cheese.

The food actually tasted good! I forgot how good taco bell was supposed to taste, but these guys get it right! They guy who took my order was so funny and he was really good at his job! The restaurant was actually really fun and all the employees were laughing and the music was a fun time. 10/10 on everything! Very well done

This location used to be great... but it’s been on a constant downward trend for the past several months. Ordered ahead on the mobile app and still had a 30 minute wait for my food. I hope they can turn things around. They used be to be the go to TB in the area.

We just moved to Lehi and have never been to this location before (1300 E State St Lehi). We went through the drive through and I had a feeling to check my order before leaving the location. I'm glad I did because I was missing 7 hard tacos(Fam of 6). That's a big number to completely miss. I even asked the young man at the window if this was it because it didn't seem like everything and he said " I think so". I parked and went to go inside but the doors were locked. Ok I get that, covid. I would have gotten back in line but the line was sooo long that I would have waited longer than I had available. I knocked on the door and a lady(store manager?) walked halfway to the door and yelled " The dining room is closed!" and proceeded to walk away until I said " I'm missing 7 tacos". She then yelled again " Go through the drive through". I said "I can't, there's a ton of cars and I don't have time". I was shocked. I wish she would have come to the door and POLITELY explained that and after hearing my concerns, said something to the effect of " I'm so sorry, wait here and I'll get those out to you". I felt like she didn't care. After I said I couldn't wait, she turned around and I think she said sorry? Was it "sorry" she couldn't help me? Or, "sorry" I'll fix what we did wrong and bring you 7 hard tacos? I had no idea. Her professionalism and people skills were atrocious. I had no idea what she was doing or what her last statement(partly inaudible) meant. I knocked on the door again to see if I could get the attention of the two young mean at the window and they ignored me too. Or couldn't hear me, but I doubt that because the other lady heard me just fine. I started to walk away thinking I was losing out on $12 worth of food when another employee was walking to the door with my tacos. I double checked that this was 7 hard tacos and he said yes. Thankfully he was polite. I am completely dumbfounded that she handled this situation this way. She showed that she does not care about her customers. I get that it was busy but if she would have handled this differently it would have spoke very highly of her professionalism and her ready to make her customers happy. I don't believe I did anything wrong or my request was out of line. On another note, I got home and proceeded to eat my extremely flat crunchwrap supreme and there was seriously nothing in it. I will uplaod pictures that shows how little meat was in my crunchwrap. My first three bites were tortilla, bits of lettuces and the hard shell. How can a manager allow food to leave her store like that?! I worked at a fast food joint for nearly 2 year in highschool(04-06, not too long ago) and my manager was very concerned about the food that left her store. She would retrain us if she was displeased with how we were preparing the food. This was an awful experience at this location. Unfortunately, will never be going to this Taco Bell location again.
