I’m so sad. All I have been wanting these past few days is a nice and sloppy steak quesadilla from Taco Bell. But the last three locations failed to deliver an amazing steak quesadilla like the location on Washington St. The steak quesadilla I had today has been the worst of all. It’s dry, all the ingredients in the middle. Not a drop of anything towards the edge, barely any meat, if it had cheese on it I can’t taste the two shreds of cheese they added. The shell is way over baked. Just all bad. Welp next time I’m definitely trying another location.

The food is fine, but I work at a neighboring business and we like to get Taco Bell for lunch sometimes, but the restaurant is FREQUENTLY closed during broad daylight whether it’s staffing or having issues with the building and having contractors shut down the entire business for days at a time I don’t know, but it’s frustrating as a customer and I’ve never been to another franchise with as many issues in simply keeping their doors open.

Hours are incorrect. Just tried to get breakfast at 830am and they were closed. Lady on intercom said they don't open for another 30-45mins. edit: so yall need a regional manager here to Crack some skulls or something. after attempting to come here multiple times for breakfast over the past few months. I found they work roughly 2 hours before they "open" they're milking that clock for everything they got without actually doing anything. edit 2!: week three with no breakfast and month 2 with no coffee, and there's someone with a headset talking to their friends in the parking lot. This place has become useless since it's renovation last year.

Why am I in line at a restaurant that shows open with cars but yet I'm being told mobile app orders only. This looks good as a local restaurant to me and a local business owner myself. I guess we will take our business elsewhere from now on. Horrible. Thank you for letting me know how not to provide service.

This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst ones in the city. Lately everytime I pull up there is something wrong. Last time there was a lady trying to fight the employees at the drive thru window and another time they are only accepting mobile orders. Wth is that? They run out of ice a lot. They mess up orders A LOT! And all this is wild considering it was just remodeled. Get it together!

Hi I claimed my five layer burrito on the rewards so I sat in the dining room and ate it. I've been going to Taco Bell since the '70s. Love.....

Credit where credit is due! Pre-pandemic wasn't so great, since then these guys are great. Mex Pizza, tacos, nothing's ever sloppy. Always well made. No errors. Friendly & happy to accommodate adds on etc. As a former Beller I know it's not the easiest job. Keep up the nice work!

Always order the same food we love. Close to home and always friendly and clean
