I haven't been to taco bell in years, but this one was amazing! I especially liked the fact that the drive thru lady was giggling to her co-worker, but that didn't interfere with her taking my order. She was having fun at work! Imagine that!

Went through the drive thru, was asked to pull up and they would bring out the food. Order was missing tacos that came with a combo ordered. So had to go in, for order to be completed. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru if u still have to go in. If u have to go in because order isn't correct you should give the customer a free item for the inconvenience.

Good God have I never been to a better tacobell, this guy named Terrance made my whole visit outa this world, and the wonderful manager was bubbling hospitality when we entered. If I didn't have a 2 hour drive to come back I'd come every day but even then I'm tempted with how happy this place is. To top it all off the food was also exceptional, has made my day

Went here on 06/16/2023 around 12:50PM. The cashier at the window provides AMAZING customer service. You can tell she loves what she does. She leads by example.

Terrible customer service!!! Waited in line at the intercom with no greeting for more than 5 minutes.I even said hello without any response. So then I pulled up thinking maybe the intercom is broken. I was told they couldn’t take my order I had to pull back around and get back in line. Very rude and nonchalant and when I asked for the number to corporate they said they didn’t have it.

The restaurant is disgusting. Food all over the floor, bathrooms are gross, and the service is even worse. Kids goofing around the whole time, took 20 minutes to get my food. No professionalism what so ever. Is there even a manager or anyone in charge?! Cussing like sailors.

Once I got to the window to actually get my food the girl who was serving me was too busy playing on her phone. She put her phone down just long enough to grab my credit card take the money and hand me my food and before I could even sit my food down in my car she was already back on her phone.

The lady manager on duty had a nasty attitude. I asked the cashier for a receipt for my mobile order and she asked the manager. The manager came up and said I couldn't have one and walled away. Then I odered a chicken power bowl and the rice was super hard and not fresh (rice cake hard). I asked the cashier could I have some fresh rice. The manager came back to the window again and said, (in a fed up tone), we just cooked that rice at 5pm. Well it is after 7 so it was not just cooked. And it was not fresh and every bite had a mouthful of hard grains. So I waited on my receipt and my fresh rice. I let them know I get a receipt all the time that is the only way I order. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager she said that is the manager. I asked for the head manager. He was not there. I will be making a corporate call.. The manager came back and gave the receipt to the cashier and said "here tell her to have a good day." (With an attitude) and walked away bumping into the young cashier who looked like she was just stuck in the middle. This was not the kind of customer service I expected from Taco Bell being I go there 4 days out of the 7 every week. Signed a disappointed loyal customer.
