I know this happens all the time, but it shouldn't. We're a family of four. My daughter ordered a bean burrito, my son ordered 3 5 layer burritos, I ordered 3 soft tacos, and a burrito supreme... my wife ordered a Doritos taco supreme. I don't know what it is, but my wife gets screwed EVERY time we run through a fast food joint. She got a regular taco... not supreme and not Doritos. It's just disappointing. She is so tired of it that if her order gets screwed up, we don't go back to that location... So, we won't be going back to the Laramie Taco Bell.

I got the number 1. The Taco shells were crispy. The lettuce was also crisp and chilled, as well as the cheese, and the meat was warm. Not soggy, I appreciate that in a taco bell taco. It's truly the little things. My 3 tacos and drink were ready in a flash. It was an uneventful, quiet exchange of money and food, and we both went about our day. Pleasant fast experience.

Everything was great, and the service was good. The reason for less than perfect rating was that after all customers were helped, I overheard the staff joking around and dropping multiple f bombs when I had 3 small children within earshot. However, when they helped us directly, they were very polite and courteous.

Well , it starts when I go there and the VERY nice / personable girl named Jordan ( I think ?? ) that takes my order makes sure that what I ordered IS exactly what I ordered by reading it back to me. Then , my food comes out HOT & Exactly how I ordered it!!. That's why I gave 5 " Stars " !. I've been to Taco John's across the street ( Grand Avenue ) twice. My 1st time & the 2nd time was my LAST time I'll EVER go back there !!. A dirty dining room ; and no one was there cleaning it !!. The guy that took my order on " Taco Tuesday " had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT TACO TUESDAY WAS!!!. I had to " School him " about it !!. Anyway, Taco Bell in Laramie is GREAT 👍 & way less expensive than that Taco John's across the street!. That place is a joke. So , when you go to THIS Taco Bell ,I really doubt that ANYONE will be disappointed!!!.. it's 5 " STARS 🌟 " !!!!.

I’m just a DoorDasher and I came in to pick up an order and unfortunately they were out of quite a few things, but the guy up front was SO NICE. Most fast food places treat me so coldly when they’re out of things like it’s my fault but whoever was working this morning gets huge praise from me. He was absolutely wonderful especially for having to work at 3 in the morning!!!

All I can say is wow what a experience. Waited 30 mins for my order and others had waited longer. I guess door dash gets there's before people who come in. Let's not even talk about the employee come back from lunch who didn't wash his hand or wear gloves.

Food was good, but very expensive, asked for mix of hard and soft shell tacos, only received hard shells. Pulling into parking lot, massive pot hole that isn't avoidable. Please repair before it destroys cars

My mom and I went to this establishment and their parking / drive thru situation is dangerous to navigate because there's not enough space for cars to park and other cars to go thru the drive thru. We decided to park at the parking lot next door and walk in cause the drive thru line was long. We went inside and the signs inside the establishment are oversaturated with light and hard to read. We were trying to figure out how to order cause no one was at the register and one of the kiosks wasn't working. While waiting, we noticed that there was a LOT of food on the floor, like dirty tortillas, beans, cheese and plastic, which we decided was a bad indicator of how the food would be and went to Taco John's across the street instead. This Taco Bell is a dangerous disappointment, from the parking lot to the lacking food safety and cleanliness.
