They skimp on everything. I’ve never seen such small burritos and soft tacos at any other Taco Bell. This is laughable. Instead of skimping on food for your profit maybe they should try increasing their quality and quantity to draw in more customers.

Severely understaffed. Put in a mobile order, arrived to pick it up about 5 minutes later, then had to wait about 35 minutes to receive the order. That is completely ridiculous. I feel bad for the few people working there. They are being overwhelmed by too much business for them to handle. If the franchise can't staff properly for the business they're getting they should close the inside or something. Have enough people working or don't even bother.

Taco Bell is a joke. The service is always terrible, and the food is the lowest quality it could possibly be for the extravagant price. Soggy, slapped together, and often screwed up. Average wait time in the drive through is 15 min when they're not busy but you'll wait almost as long inside. You can get dinner for 4, for the same price or less at Cinco De Mayo or almost any other Mexican style restaurant and itll be 100 times better. Get it door dash if your not looking to drive there. I cannot believe people keep spending their money here.

Placed on online order still had a Long wait time. They barely wrapped our food and forgot to put 3 items the the bag so had to get in line again and wait another 20 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. Food was cold by the time we left. They don’t open the lobby for online order pick up which makes online ordering basically useless when you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes.

Do not go to this location!!! 30 mins in the drive thru, and every item was wrong. Went into the lobby and waited 10 minutes before I was greeted then waited another 15 for my order. Tried to eat it as we had a 40 dollar order...non of it was edible.. cold and so skimpy , stale shells. Young workers more concerned with making jokes and being on their phones than working and customer service. Every one of them I seen were slack faced with bloodshot eyes. Bad bad bad.

I know that restaurants everywhere are short on help, but we waited 25 min in line... yes, I could have left, but my daughter really wanted Mexican food.. Just need a better system is all!

Waited for 40 minutes in drive thru. I would have left and went elsewhere had I been able to get out of the drive thru. They were super slow and the food wasn't worth the 40 minutes I waited in the drive thru. Hopefully this was a once off occurrence.

Took forever in the drive through. People even started leaving and then when I got to the window found they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. No acknowledgement whatsoever about the ridiculous wait time.
