Making a mobile order here is pointless. They don’t care about you unless you’re waiting on drive through. I was waiting for one hour (!) for my order to be made and had to remind them about myself.

Ordered dinner in the drive thru got home and 90% of the order was wrong. Go back frustrated but showed receipt and they fixed most of it. My nacho bel grande just steak and cheese was messed up. First time had sour cream, second time had no extra nacho cheese just a small squirt and tomatoes, sour cream, beans and beef. Tried to call 3 times got no answer. Looks like I'll never order nachos at another taco bell again. They always mess it up, anywhere I go in Washington every other time the either ignore my customizations (not having things in the nachos) or add sour cream when I don't want it. Why can't they do it right? I went there twice and they still messed it up. The guy taking orders was great though.

2nd time in a row that my order was messed up, went back because I asked if the lobby was open while chatting with the cashier and she said yes. When I went to go in and talk to them it was locked. I asked for a receipt and was told there was no way to find my receipt. I knew I would need it, and exactly I did. My order was incomplete, had the wrong food, and my food was made wrong. When I asked about getting a refund I was told no, not with out a receipt. Then I was told they would remake the order if I wanted but I had already been home, ate what was correct and just want led this fixed. I can’t stand when companies can’t fix their mistakes. Mistakes happen, but don’t hide from them.

I wish it was possible to give zero Stars. Don't waste your time going here. This is the only taco bell I know of who can't handle being open during posted operating hours. And I don't mean, now and again they are short staffed and have to close. It's every time I go. I don't even know why I try...

Fraud. Employee was only person who touched my debit card in months, stole image of my card. Woke to unauthorized Walmarts orders with several repeated attempts. Called Walmart, Bank to reverse. New card issued. Charge at Taco Bell was incorrect. Should of known. Called this store. No answer to phone. Our second visit in a week. First visit was SO rude, had to ask for manager. DO NO GO HERE. I should have police visit, but I know better. Cameras inside, let's roll the film. . Calls to manager, a shrug. Call to District Zum brands, let's see. Silence so far. Three weeks latter Mon 14 Aug, 2023. Got tip from former employee, cameras are deliberately disabled. Have tried to call CEO of Yum, number shown for corporate does not work. Called help line for Taco Bell, and put on endless hold, after long chat weeks ago. They are ghosting me. Called Local TV and radio, not done yet, after going into store to see manager. Manager was horribly mean and totally dismissive. Just said: 'OH, its you!' when I came in. Staff made disapproving faces. This place is rotten. I am well spoken and correct. They refuse to even hear me for one minute. NO one touched my card for months. Discipline and warnings need to be given. I was recruited by State Department for top intel. I am the wrong person to want to silence and ignore.

Out of so much stuff. Tells me their new item only to tell me they are out of chicken. Weird. Hand written signs all over the speaker where you order. You think it would at least typed and printed. Wait times weren't bad but I think it must have been because they were out of so many items.

Probably the longest wait time at any Taco Bell corporation. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Waited over 45 minutes this time and just left. Just gonna start going to the one off Bickford Ave. Definitely lost a customer today. Sad days.

I used to go to this location pretty frequently over tge years. Was always great. However these past few months or so everytime I've gone to this location it's either closed, or there are cones blocking the drive through. Tonight it appeared open. Lights on and staff inside. After waiting 10 minutes at the order screen I just left. I wish I could just get some taco bell.
