Absolutely rude lazy and I don’t enter establishments to work. I do not appreciate having to spend 10 minutes trying to find my order on a kiosk when I asked for help she was more than willing to help me with a little bit of attitude, but then when she walked away, apparently the transaction didn’t go through so I stood in line for 10 minutes was late on my lunch break and decided I no longer want Taco Bell if I’ve got to work 15 minutes to get an order and then clearly can’t even get it right and can’t get any assistance and I’m told we don’t have a cash drawer. I can’t help you so explain to me if somebody walks into your establishment in peace cash you tell them that they can’t pay because they can’t order at your kiosk. You must lose an incredible amount of business between your route staff and the ridiculous kiosks.

they have forgotten to give me at least one item if not multiple every time I've been here over the last 5+ years, but the food itself is decent. service has been hit or miss in my personal experience, sometimes great sometimes not so great. just make sure to double check your order before driving away

My chalupa was made with the wrong kind of meat but the manager was quick and willing to help correct it without any further explanation needed. Not sure when they had their indoor renovation but they changed it up to be a more open-to-the-kitchen design. It wasn't as comfortable as their previous layout. The now-open view to the kitchen making it look like every other fast-food establishment where you can stare down the poor 15 year old making your taco, and feel the eyes of the staff while dining in.

Best Taco Bell in the area. Who cares about the wait when they are super nice and take allot of care with your food. The one time they left something out was when they were slammed and they had no problem fulfilling the rest of my order.

Unfortunately, I have to give this Taco Bell a 1 star review. I waited 25 mins and my order was not made. I then asked if they got my order and showed them my receipt. Even though I was in the lobby the whole time and had a receipt, the manager still seemed very skeptical of me. They decided to make more order, and then completely give me the wrong items. I gave up and took what they gave me and left. I wasn't even being and I wasn't mad. I get it, I work in IT. Computers mess up sometimes, but the way they handled it made me feel like I am the one who messed up. Please, anyone who loves Taco Bell please stay away from here. It just going to make you feel unwelcome and leave a bad taste in your mouth.

So I have a Mexican pizza dinner... Just 1 meal asked for mild sauce and got the whole shipment..like are u kidding me... I'm unsure if this was sarcasm or just not giving a hoot about the companies product..good mediocre af best thing I had was my frozen watermelon whatever

Normally lately when we go in or through the drive through people's attitudes have been something else. Tonight when my husband and I went the service was excellent, great manners, polite, respectful and just outstanding. Thank you Tim and Travis.

I get that inflation is high and there are cut backs. But I received a taco with less then a spoonful of meat on it. The entire thing with the wrapper on it weighs 1.4 ounces. Absolutely ridiculous. You need better quality control if this is the type of product your staff is producing.
