Misc.-- The door for about a decade has had the push bar on the pull side and the pull handle on the the push side. It's not really a big deal but I always gets me Everytime I go to leave. Mostly drive thru/take out so if you do dine in then it's likely you'll just get a take out bag. The digital menu things are right by the entrance and I've never had an issue using them. You do have to ask for your drink cup and they will often hand you the wrong size which, if you're doing take out and or they're busy, can be frustrating. Food.-- typical Taco Bell food, definitely won't find your food looking identical to the adverts but it's good tasting and I've never had an issue with that nor have I had much of an issue with mixing up or messing up orders. Service.-- The workers are always chatting but luckily, it rarely slows down service by that much. They tend to balance it well and are polite to you. Atmosphere.-- The dining room is almost always clean and the seating is pretty comfortable. Almost always empty though.
The picture says it all if you know what I mean. There used to be time the filling would fall out of chalupa due to overfilling. No other chain has price increases as much as these guys and no other chain has shrinkflation as much as these guys. In both categories they are way above the competition
I wish I were making this up. Look closely at the picture I uploaded. I just found a screw in my nachos. I literally sat to eat my meal right after picking it up. My food was not tampered with at home or left unattended. I picked up my meal and found this screw at the bottom of my nachos. I will never return to this establishment again. Disgusting and unsafe!!!!
Came for lunch and placed an order at the counter not through the drive thru or mobile app. Service was really good and food was ready fast despite the lunch rush. Food quality was as expected for taco bell.
The kid working the drive thru tonight with the little doodoo locks told me how he smoked crack before work as he handed me and my wife our food, then he asks if we smoke crack, akward. I wouldn't trust eating food from this group of clowns.
I came and got a power bowl and all I can see is it was the absolute best I’ve ever had like wow
For the third time in a row the food has been cold and soggy from the beginning, regardless if the order is done ahead of time via the app or ordered in person at the drive-thru. My family and I, used to drive farther to this Taco Bell due to it being leagues better than the one next to where we live. Now we're left with no Taco Bell that provides good service or food.
It's a typical taco bell. Chalupa shells were undercooked and soggy, quesadillas were barely grilled and light on filling. Service was fast but I wouldn't call it polite. I already have low expectations at any taco bell, but I won't be back to this one.
