Bad service no deals posted On the app from THE TACO BELL APPS. Can't be respected at this Location at 6300 LAKE ISABELLA BL. Stay away. Just go to to the Other fast food place on the same road in VONS. PARKING LOT BK . HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE BUT NO TACO BELL FROM NOW ON ... I AM FROM ISABELLA 65 YEARS NOW I'M ONE OF THE REASONS MCDONALD'S IS NOT AT THE SAME LOCATION AS TACO BELL.. HOPE TO SEE A BETTER FAST FOOD PLACE BY 2024 JANUARY
Ordered through the app. Asked for a soft taco instead of hard and no sour cream on two items. None of these were correct. They also forgot to give me a drink. And it took about 20 minutes to get our food.
All I can say is the person working drive thru was nice. We went up to the lake and decide just to get something quick nearby. Definitely open up everything before you drive off to make sure it is what you ordered. Are whole order was completely wrong except for two things, they must of gave us someone else order in drive thru. We asked for no sour cream on the two items that we did order alot of sour cream was inside. The soft tacos they gave us which we did not order were soggy and stuck to the wrapper and nasty. The only thing that was good was the one hard shell taco that we didnt order. We wont be stopping here again.
This place is great if you want ok food. The staff can be rude but most are very nice and helpful. Place can be dirty sometimes but they try to keep it clean.

I keep getting an uh oh message when i try to place an order..and I've contacted them several times. No response. No call no email. Not fixed either. Their app customer services deserves a negative star.
If you want your order wrong everytime then this is the place to go. Dine in area is always dirty with trash everywhere. Simple orders seem to be too complicated for the late afternoon bunch. Food taste is subpar and often times shells and tortillas are stale. Avoid this location.
Pretty much you average everyday Taco Bell. Staff is good food is decent.
