My daughter and I waited 20 min for 5 regular tacos dine in. Every table was dirty, the floors were dirty. Wearing gloves, touching everything including hair, arms then preparing food. No ice, one lady told the guy there was no ice as he was getting off, he filled up his drink with no ice and walked out the door. Maybe they need a little more help.

Worst experience yet. Very rude employees to begin with. Orders three different meal spending $40 dollars!!! Ask for sauce at the speaker. They put ONE in the bag. When I ask for more the male working drive through was very rude! If 0 was possible that’s what this rate would be! Definitely don’t deserve 1. They made a mistake with my order. I ask for it to be remade and this is what they send out?? Since when is this acceptable behavior!?!? SMH (Delavan location)

Usually they do a decent job, but I just got my food and left. The chicken quesadilla the cheese isn’t even melted n it wasn’t even cut.the sides I ate because it was literally just tortilla. So disappointed

this place is straight gas but the g is silent please fire everyone who works here or just burn this place to the ground. they can’t even put a lid on a drink correctly they burn chips and sit on your tacos please do the world a favor and just erase this place from my memory. The chalupa was pretty decent though

The old menu will always be the best menu Taco Bell could ever feature. The new products are sub-par & scream menu crossover constantly on rice & "crispy" things & cheese & leftovers being used. They couldn't get a simple bean burrito correct. Things happen from time to time, but taking away the original menu doomed you to the demographic that now has the most money to spend. Late 70's & 80's babies are your best customer & we all struggle with spending money there now. When we were poor working kids when The Bell was at it's best, we wouldn't bat an eye at handing over our tiny paychecks weekly. Whoever is in charge of the menu decisions needs to do some research. The new menu is junk with junk ingredients. Crunchy chips & nacho cheese doesn't do it. Mexi-melt, 7-layer burrito, double decker, etc.. the same ingredients are in house so just do it! Thumbs up on bringing back the pizza. That was a royal screw up depriving us of that righteous product. I still hit the drive through & once every few years go inside, but 90% less likely to do either after the new changes. I can't be the only one!

Friendly staff with tasty food. Tables were clean.

Our Taco Bell is hanging in there. It's been through some hard times and slow on staff. They are back on point and a clean interior. Taco Bell, you are doing a great job. 👍

Bad experience today.Went thru the drive thru the and picked up 5 crunchy beef tacos. Our drive home couldn't have been more than ,5 minutes The tacos were cold and the beef obviously had too much liquid in it Because when you picked it up , the bottom fell out of the taco. Not good!
