They forgot several items in my order. They also gave us food that barely resembled what’s advertised. I’m not looking for something perfect, but a chicken quesadilla should have chicken in it, right? Taste was nasty, like day old food. I would rather go to the one in Bellevue that actually cares.

Look, I respect the fast food business chain, but if you advertise a product, please make it is more presentable then the photo below. This is embarrassing and quite unsatisfying. This was a $4 Enchirito that was not even worth half the cost. Please focus better on your food quality and presentation when preparing your orders for your valued customers. Thank you!

Went to the store and went in and ordered $52.00 of food. Went to pay with a hundred and you would have thought I had the plaque. They would. It take my money. This was at 6pm. Pretty sad when a cash paying customers money isn’t good enough. I have not ate at this store for over a year do to not getting all my, it is usually cold and usually wrong(shorted items). Have them another chance and what do you know. My money isn’t good enough. Wont be back! Also when the front counter girl went and asked her manager if she could take the $100. The manager sent her back to tell me. A good manager would have spoke to The customer themselves. But that just explains another reason I won’t go back. As a manager myself. You take care of your customer. So disappointed.

Went thru drive thru last night, we did not receive the crunchy taco supreme, and my steak quesadilla had very little steak, so my husband went back up there, spoke to manager. And they were going to replace it, so when my husband got back home, they gave us so we thought a soft shell Supreme, and not my steak quesadilla, but another burrito supreme, so put in fridge to eat for lunch, literally they gave us someone else's order, all three items were spicy, and none of what was in my original order, or supposed to be replaced, we will never go there again, save yourself the time. And go to another taco bell. They were not busy either.

Wade was phenomenal. Especially coming through the drive thru at 11:50pm on a Wednesday night, my friend and I expected this location to be closed. Wade ensure that short staffing happens and I appreciate it. Give him a raise!!!!

Since they put in the kiosk to order , if you have to pay in cash forget it. The little teenager just kept rolling her eyes . Refused to take our order . Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with no service . The lobby also was extremely dirty and the guy making the food was not wearing gloves .

Not a person who usually writes reviews, but literally save your time & go to a different Taco Bell. Waited 45 minutes in line for a doordash order for no reason. Apparently they didn’t have the order and this simply could be fixed if I was able to go inside and ask, but the doors are locked.

While ordering & buying from the drive through, there have been multiple occasions where they miss to give some item or the other from the order. This is something they have to take cognizance of! When we called & told them that the burrito was missing, they said, we could get it the next time, however when we told them regarding this, the customer service rep there said, he could do much. This was the 4th time this happened & it is quite disappointing.
