Went to the south 6 th Taco Bell ordered the party pack got home and all the shells were broken no cheese hardy at all same with the little bit of what ever was supposed to be meat, mostly filled with lettuce, called and complained and all the manager could say was okay. Never will eat Taco Bell again horrible food. Don’t eat there! Will be contacting owner or corporate.
Went to order a Quesarito but when I asked to order them... the worker said they can only be ordered on the app (online). 🙄 why.!? The guy making the food once we ordered was very fast and friendly. The counters and tables weren't very clean either.
Saturday night we went through the drive through and ordered a simple (bean and cheese burrito). After ordering, there was a long pause and so we asked are we good to go and the guy in the drive through said yeah I'm good and asks the usual questions (do you want sauce, do you want to donate, etc.) We said no sauce or onions. We get to the window, we pay, wait another good five minutes just for them to hand us the bag that has been sitting up there by the register the entire time. (Later to find out the order was completely wrong), but that's not the point. How hard is it to put pre made food together ?? 😂😂😂
Customer service was excellent. Every time I’ve been there my order has been incorrect. I’m vegan so I order a black bean crunch wrap fresco style with rice, potatoes and guacamole. But they add meat or diary products every time. When I placed my order I politely asked if they could pay attention due to previous orders being incorrect. After I placed the order I heard him nicely tell his coworker the order. Then a different lady gave me the order when it was ready and said she made sure the order was right and even wrote, “have a great night” on the bag. I purchased two items, one had sour cream and cheese on it but the other one was made correctly. Overall it’s such a breath of fresh air to witness such awesome customer service.
All the"kids" behind the counter were having fun! Really laughing it up, NOT working. Very noisy. Tacos toooo expensive won't go back. The kids really are getting paid alone for not working.
So I came here to eat last night on break from work. I'm sitting at the drive through window for 15 min while they make a mobile order that is behind me before my food.... I'd think that 15 min is a bit much to wait on food. I get fast food on break because it's supposed to be fast. Not slow...
They ran out of soft taco shells but went above and beyond when they made meat and cheese burritos for my son, who only wanted meat and cheese soft tacos from his favorite place.
About 70-80% of the time, when I ask no tomatoes, I get them anyhow, which is very disappointing. If I had a lower percentage of getting tomatoes on my food, the rating would be higher.
