User Reviews

Absolutely a waste of time didn't have the stuff we ordered were given other stuff with out them really asking the person that helped us was really nice the people in the back just kept yelling and acting up The food that we did get was absolutely disgusting and we did not eat most of it There were so many people waiting for their food that it was hard to get to the drink machine. Oh yeah it was 27.00 dollars for the two of us to eat and for real we ate when we got home because neither one of us ate one full thing they gave us....

Ignore the negative reviews you may come across, as they do not accurately represent the true experience. Allow yourself to imagine a situation where you have a lineup of twenty cars incessantly waiting for hours, no matter how many orders you fulfill. It is understandable that even under such circumstances, any establishment would struggle to keep up with the demand. Despite occasional errors in your order and potentially longer waiting times, Taco Bell has remained my favorite fast food chain for nearly a decade. When mistakes occur, rest assured that they are more than willing to rectify them promptly. When they do get it right, it is an experience that can only be described as the epitome of Taco Bell's renowned culinary prowess. They truly excel when it comes to delivering delicious food. In my personal opinion, this particular Taco Bell location stands out as the best I have ever encountered. It's worth mentioning that the need for additional staff is a corporate concern outside the control of the dedicated workers you interact with.

Staff was friendly but that's about where the positives end. Messed up my meal, paid for supreme and got regular. Forgot our cups, had to ask for them. Forgot my coffee, had to ask for it. Several drink mixes were bad, so had to dump all our chosen drinks and just got everyone pepsi. The Baja blast was clear! The mango and dragonfruit teas were both gross. The kitchen staff was blasting country music and singing along while pop music played in the lobby, so it was overwhelming with noise. They were cleaning tables pretty quickly after people left, so that was nice but the booths and walls looked very dirty. Oh, another positive were the order tablet things. That was nice, and while most places have those now, I wasn't expecting it here when I came inside. And I also liked that they used my name everytime they talked to me since it was on my order. That was cool. But we don't get to actually eat inside a fast food place very often so it was really disappointing to have so many things go wrong.

Takes way to long to get your food even if you order online. I don't know about the food bc By the time I get my order its cold and gross. I waited for food for 22 mins after ordering online, best to go to a different taco bell

The employees need to pay more attention to customers orders. You could clearly tell most of the employees are just there for a paycheck.. I returned to the counter not just once or twice but three times because the employees had there heads in each other's A**es. Sad its that easy to screw up 3 simple supreme tacos, and one order of twists. Props to the short quite dude for getting on top of fixing our order. I can't say I wouldn't go back just because Taco Bell is a must every once in a while.

You would think that after all these years, they would know that late at night, just before closing, they are gonna get busy. So try to get the order right cuz by the time anyone can make it back, you're closed.

Picked up a combo for my teenage grandson. He's a big fan of the steak quesadillas with a Baja blast to drink. Courteous service at the drive-thru. 🌮👍

I’ve been here for at least ten minutes and the line in front of me has only moved twice. By this location’s standards that is quick service, however, and this is the shortest I’ve seen the line lately. It’s certainly better than the time I ordered on the app to this store, only to arrive after driving from Queen City (15 miles out of town) and be told they are out of what I ordered. Or the many nights I’ve pulled up to find a new piece of printer paper taped to the speaker citing their management’s decision to randomly close early that night. Although nearly every Taco Bell franchisee shares what is a seemingly cultural-if-not-corporate enforced apathetic policy around quality of service and product, never in my life have I experienced one with this level of consistent audacity and lack of accountability. By the way, I am still in line.
