If I could I would give them no stars. I bought their big pack of tacos and 5 layer beef burritos. Got all the way home and found no nacho cheese and no shredded cheese on any of the burritos which are supposed to have a whole pump of nacho cheese on the burrito. Asked for the manager, Jill Owens who immediately before even looking at the burritos told me I was wrong and was very disrespectful even yelling the whole time and then opened the burrito to say there’s a little pump in the middle which when asking to see it she then threw it away instead of showing me. They gave me a refund after complaining for a very long while and when I asked for the corporate number she said no and that she doesn’t have to give it out, which they are supposed to provide if asked for. I’ve worked at fast food restaurants and no manager should ever act the way she did and automatically tell the customer that her “employees don’t make mistakes.” And we all know humans do. Never eating at this Taco Bell again and will not recommend to anyone.
I had stopped eating at Taco Bell a few years ago, because the food always tasted reheated. I decided to stop in at this one and try it again. I’m super glad I did! The manager “Jerry Berkley “ is SERIOUSLY ON TOP OF HIS GAME!! The food at Taco Bell has never tasted so good and fresh till now! The entire restaurant stays clean, and the staff was killing it!! I don’t care what anyone says, management is key!!!! I have now eating here 3 times and and Jerry is always working and always greets me with a smile and one excellent and professional attitude!! He is definitely a “people person” and I hope he is recognized by the company, because this man is AWESOME!!! He provides a welcoming environment with his personality! I now look forward to going here every time now for fresh Mexican food! Thank you so much Jerry, for being YOU!!
Food was great, employees were nice and courteous. The only issue I've had the past few times is how slowly the drive thru moves after 10:00PM-11:00PM. It takes forever to get through the line, and they're usually backed up almost all the way to stone dr. Other than that, it's been good experiences.
It was a horrible experience I went through the drive-through older the fry Box come with a chalupa riddle she other things got up to the window had ordered a large Baja blast icing it came in a medium cup and she said it was a large I don't know I saw a large drink and it looked a little not large then the fries were cold I'd pulled back around to ask for a new order of fries They were half full at that I said can I get a full order and some fresh fries so she proceeded to give me a full order but the fries We're still cold. Then I pulled off proceeded to get home and noticed that the Mexican pizza that I ordered no tomatoes had extra tomatoes on it it seemed The burritos were so tightly smashed and rolled they were just unappetizing looking the tacos that were in the boxes the dorito locos tacos were busted up nothing was enjoyable for $20 worth of Taco Bell that was the worst Taco Bell feed the rest to the neighbors dog.
Love this Taco Bell for breakfast but wish they opened before 8 am. The food choices are great (and different from biscuits/bagels) and also a value. This particular store has very friendly employees, but the outside often looks trashy and unkept. That and breakfast hours are my only real issues here.
I paid for a steak salad and got a plain red ne. Set in the line for almost an hour and was told if I bring my receipt back that they would replace my salad. Well receipt is gone and I was cheated out of my steak salad. That's always nice. Even with the senior discount I still got screwed. Jacob said to tell them that we talked to him. But I still needed the receipt
The food is good and the employees are always friendly on these hot days out side they keep it really cool inside I enjoy eating there.
Caleb was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable about the food and recommended a great meal. All of the employees were super friendly, provided very fast service, and were very attentive! The 2 gentlemen making the food also were super sweet and friendly., my son and I really had a good time and had an amazing experience. I don't think that I've had such good service (considering it fast food) in my life! Thank you for a great lunch with my son!! We will definitely return. All fast food needs to take advice from you all because you guys did amazing! Thanks again
