No line at the drive thru. Staff was polite, friendly and very responsive. Entire property was very clean and welcoming. Traffic on the main road was light so access was easy. Plenty of parking. Had a very nice covered outdoor eating area, all in all, quite nice.

You can really tell when someone hates their job. Attitude was very depressing. Of course they put the Mexican pizza in the bottom of the bag so the top would smash everything on top to the bottom side of lid. On the bright side everything was in the bag.

If you are out of something, please say so. Don't let your drive through customer order a diet Mountain Dew if you are out of it. And if the customer questions how pale it looks, be honest, and DO NOT say it always looks that way. Shame on you. Been seeing a lot of integrity issues in Kings Mountain lately. Do better! When I called to let them know, was informed that they were aware and should never have served me this. If I had been told they were out, would have ordered something different. At least then would be drinkable!

We were disappointed with the new taco dip. When we picked it up the cheese just slid off. My husband and I had rather not use the kiosk so I went to the counter to order. When my credit card processed the young lady just walked off I didn't get a receipt. My husband went back to the counter to order something else but he was ignored by four employees. They never even acknowledged that he was standing there not even when they put the app orders on the shelf and he was standing right there. After five minutes we left. I'm thankful that this is not our Taco Bell we were just passing through. I can promise you when we come back through Kings Mountain we won't stop at Taco Bell.

If you want good service. The best time to go is during the day. Your order will be on point and the staff is respectful and friendly. Night shift is the worst. Rude and hateful. The manager need to be replaced.

I love that even when other fast food restaurant prices are going up, you can still get the $5 box at Taco Bell with plenty of food to fill you up. And the staff at this location are always kind and helpful.

I ordered 4 Mexican pizzas and none of them had tomatoes on them. The small amount of the toppings were smeared and some of the pizza didn't have cheese or sauce but just the shell. This is the worse service I have ever received at any fastfood place. Never again

Several times been there and tonight the quesadilla only has chicken in one of the four cut parts. Employees are slack and lazy
