Love it or hate it, one thing you can always expect is consistency. Been to numerous Taco Bell restaurants all over the country working on the road for years..This was a let down in the highest way.....Cold bean burrito, stale tortillas ...taco shells stale and a pencil size strip of ingredients in the tacos. Meat lettuce and cheese together wasn't as big as my pinkie finger.... TERRIBLE TACO BELL! HOPE THIS ISN'T GONNA BE A NEW TREND.... !!??
We had a hefty order. 14 Chipotle grilled chicken ranch burritos, a chicken chalupa meal, and a quesadilla. They were so polite and really quick. Very nice job for the most part. Unfortunately, they were out of sour cream, so the Chalupas were a bit dry. The thing that lost a star.... They put everything, 18 items, in just three bags. I could not find the one normal taco because it was at the very bottom. Please pay a little more attention when bagging.
The staff was really great, I walk with a cane so only have 1 hand free and they were very helpful and was nice about it.
Worst customer service I've ever had. They mess up my order whether I go through the drive thru or get it delivered. They can't do anything right. This Taco Bell is a joke. I swear a bunch of toddlers work in the restaurant.
Good food but the employees need to be more customer friendly. They act like they dread being up there and having to deal with customers
Really enjoyed TB tonight. It was like the old days. You got what you paid for, not just a bunch of lettuce. Great service by the team members and management. Thanks!!
No one at the counter. Most everyone saw standing there and no one said a word. Started to the door and drive through person finally asked if we had been helped. She called front end person who took our orders. Tried their breakfast burrito which had almost no meat in it. They had no tea saying that they had not had tea for months as their machine had been broken. Their drink fountain had a few blank buttons where you had no clue what you would get. We found most every table had something on it where they were not cleaned very well. The ones that had been semi cleaned had been wiped with the food falling in the chairs. We picked the cleanest table and had to wipe out the chairs. Over all the restaurant was clean looking and the restroom appeared clean. They told me that they have tried for months to get their equipment fixed but hadn't been done. This is the reason I posted this so maybe someone will help them. They were very pleasant and polite to converse with.
This Taco Bell is the best around. Great service and the food is fantastic …old school Taco Bell. Full tacos and burritos!! If you haven’t been lately, GO! You won’t be disappointed.
