Place was clean and service was good, but the food? Tasted OK, but a joke on portions. Soft taco was a pathetic, see pictures. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. 🙁

This place is absolutely pathetic. Pulled up to drive thru and was the only one there. Was told that for my information it was going to be at least a 30-35 minute wait. 🤣🤣what are you worthless chumps doing in there? Crapping the burritos. What a joke. Been this way for several months now. Stay away from this place. The employees are definitely on drugs and it’s hard telling what your getting in your food.

I’m pretty sure every single time I’ve been here they have been out of something.. tonight they were out of beef. How do you run a taco joint and not have beef..? Substituted beef with chicken that they upcharged us for and to top it off it was cold. At least they got the order right this time unlike the past few times I’ve been here. Only good thing I have to say about our experience tonight is that the employees were apologetic and polite.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 pack of softshell tacos- meat and cheese only. We waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes with a line of cars behind. We got home and looked at our food to find out it was all hard shells. My boyfriend is a very picky eater, so we went back and very respectfully told them the situation, they remade the tacos and we explained our order- only meat and cheese. The tacos finished and this time we stayed in the store to check them out and they were made incorrect once again. They pretty much refused to remake them because they would’ve had to make a whole new serving of meat. I do NOT recommend coming here. They were very disrespectful when we came at them with full respect. The workers do not pay attention to their customers. The employees are very poorly trained & it doesn’t seem like anyone who works there has common sense in any way. Not to mention the bathrooms are insanely disgusting. There were about 4 dead flies lying on the floor and about 6 flying around in each stall.

I am absolutely disgusted and infuriated on how I was treated tonight. First we had been waiting for at least an hour for our food, and they were out of almost everything. They didn’t tell us when we ordered and paid that they were out of all soft shelled items, and more. Someone screamed it from the back kitchen. They substituted everything in all of my friends orders, and didn’t tell us. They said they didn’t have any soft shells but it appeared that was a lie, not only did I get my soft shell burrito but I also got metal in it. It looked like a metal nut and I spit it out and went to the counter, the woman I talked to snatched it away and seemed high. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one around, they must have been having a meeting, we asked for a refund and the lady accused me of putting the metal nut in my own food, and said that she called her manager and counted the bolts and that they were all there. She was very nasty to me and rude for no reason. They didn’t apologize and the lady said that “ i really don’t care” so please get better workers and don’t eat and this Taco Bell.

The food was good. Had the wrong thing added to my taco from what I ordered. I called and told them what had happened. The manager was so nice and told me to just come back within the next week to get the right taxos. Was not recharged for the new (fixed) food from what I ordered before.

They got all the lights out at 8:00pm on a Thursday night trying to turn away customers. Signs out, parking lot lights out, entryway lights out, just a foolish thing to do. What if someone stumbles and falls in parking lot and you get sued! Think about what your doing! I counted 5+ people working, no excuse for this behavior, this not the first time they have done this!

Placed an online order for breakfast(serves breakfast till 11) at 10:25 and pulled up only for them to say they sold out of breakfast 5 minutes ago like… y’all don’t got eggs😭 but like it was literally too late to go to anywhere else by the time she had me wait to pull to the window instead of just telling me on the speaker :/
