I don’t think there’s been one time in the last two years that we have NOT been told to pull around to the front to wait for our food. It is ridiculous. We ordered 3 food items and waited TWENTY FIVE minutes for our food. Mind you there was only 2 cars in front of us. By the time we got our food, there was 7 cars pulled out front waiting for their food. Why does it take so long to make our food???? Our order was also completely incorrect. Missing extra toppings and having things on our food that we requested to remove. No where else in town takes this long while also failing to make our order correct. Just terribly slow service all the time. The doors to dining also always seem to be closed. No idea how corporate has not gotten involved with this bogus location.

The taco bell here is always a wonderful place to eat. They may be short staffed sometimes but never dull in spirit. Always a smile, a warm greeting and a have a tacotastic day. My order is always correct. Food is always fresh. And even when there is a slight wait for the food I never mind because everything is great. I love having them in town and will continue to eat here.

Management must not check to see if their employees can read before they hire them. 90% of the time I order anything from this place I receive it with incorrect or missing items. The total apathy and lack of skill from these employees makes me wonder if the management is just incompetent. All I can say is, if my skill set was limited to getting high and working fast food I’d at least TRY to do a decent job so I could at least take pride in what little I can accomplish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN!!! I have received beef in my black bean crunch wrap on three separate occasions now & they NEVER get customizations correct. Taco Bell is known as the most vegan friendly fast food chain, but the employees at this location DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ!

They often get my vegan order right. Not always. But also it’s Taco Bell so what do you expect? It’s good.

Hire people that can read. If I say NO TOMATO in my delivery order, there's obviously a reason. If I ask for sauce packets, there's obviously a reason. It doesn't matter how clean your store is, or how friendly your staff is, if the incompetence stems from their lack of being able to read an order and prepare it the RIGHT WAY.

Ordered online. Got to the restaurant and everything was cool except when I came home with items I didn’t order and was missing something I did order? Told my power bowl was ‘definitely in the bag’ because the cashier remembered putting it in there. Told the only ‘extra’ that was in the bag was a quesadilla? Here’s my pictures of my order VS what I actually received. They gave me a different power bowl when they told me they were out of chicken and rice, WHICH THEY HAD MENTIONED WHEN THEY GAVE ME MY BEANS/RICE. Why wasn’t it mentioned when they ‘definitely put it in the bag’ for my power bowl? Didn’t appreciate being called a liar. Also didn’t get any spoons/sporks but I don’t care about that.

Great place with great workers very polite and generous I got quite a bit of food and they gave me a free drink
