Absolutely ridiculous credit card machine doesn’t work. Ice machine doesn’t work no napkins hoping I don’t get a 1099 from this place from doing my own order.

This plase use to be a 10. But in the last 3 years it has dropped to a two. I loved toco bell. But not anymore. It's dirty poor customer service poor quality in the food. You pay for extra meat it's like you paid for nothing because there isn't any extra meat at all.

Food lukewarm. Taco meat is greasy. Not enough meat on taco's. Over does it on lettuce but very little on toppings. Wraps are mostly that not enough toppings at all except melted cheese. They are definitely not stingy on that. I wish they had melted cheese that was not spicy for kids and those with sensitive belly's

Only issue is that when we got home we didn't have all of the order. If we returned all of the other food would have been cold. So my mistake for not checking before I left.

Love TB, the people are nice, but they almost always forget something...

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Ohio. They’re always very lazy so your food is just thrown around in the bag. The nachos are always stale the cheese roll ups always have lettuce or tomato in them because of dirty workstations in the kitchen. The tacos are always sopping wet and falling apart. They rarely give you forks if you need one. The food just never tastes right and always seems stale and not fresh. You can literally go over to Huber and get much better quality.

This location is great. Seems to always get Your order right and Your order is put out pretty fast as well. The Employees are always friendly and in a great mood.

I went through the drive thru last night after I got off of work and was not provided my debit card back. I called back today, was advised that the card wasn't in the safe and that the closing manager would call me back. I patiently waited well after the closing manager arrived but did not receive a call, so I called back. I explained the situation and was immediately interrupted by her saying "I worked last night and no one left a debit card", I advised her that this was the ONLY place my card was used on 11/9/22 and that I did NOT get my card back. She was very rude and cut me off again and was said "well it's not here you didn't leave your card and we didn't take it so call your financial institution." There was no need for the rudeness or for the manager to conduct herself that way. She could have simply said "I was the closing manager last night, I apologize but I was not notified of a card being found and I am not showing one that was turned in." THAT SIMPLE. The way this transaction was handled was absolutely inappropriate. Being a manager in customer service myself, I can assure you that this is not the way to conduct business. I understand that you didn't have the card, but improve your communication.
