This has to be a joke, I come out here on my lunch for the first time instead of the one on Albert pike since it’s a little bit closer and it’s the one my coworkers go to. As you can see they gave me pretty much just a tortilla, along side this they got my order wrong. Please explain to me how do you get over half the tacos with lettuce whenever I ordered all of them without lettuce, but still manage to give me a couple correct just to give me basically nothing. Along with all this the two I tried eating were cold and tasted like they were ran under a sink because of how watery they were. Anyways this place, or more specifically the people who were working tonight are terrible at their job. 1/10 because they managed to get my drink correct.

Clean delicious food. I love the kiosk system of ordering. As a highly allergic person (Alpha Gal- mammal products) you are one of the safe places I can eat. Thank you thank you!

Even though it was a busy night the wait time wasn't bad at all. Never had any issues with this location the few times I've been there. The only problem was my soda (Dr. Pepper) didn't taste too great. My husband's soda (Mountain Dew) was nice and crisp mine was not.

Nate is an absolutely amazing there. He I'd always nice, has conversation and gets you on your way. The food. Is always way better then the store on grand. The Manger of that store tried to say that this taco bell gave too much product. The staff I'd always professional and unlike the grand store they don't have conversation of face tattoos and mess up your order. THE GM IS GARBAGE TO ON GRAND. He takes no accountability for bad produc. Awesome for you central!!! Killing the drive through game

How do you mess up an entire order that has no special adjustments. Everyone was playing, which would have been fine if I could have eaten my food I spent $30 on. So bad I just threw it away.

Okay so I actually love Taco Bell’s food. When they actually get it right. First, I’d like to say the workers have always been nice to me, but I’ve gotten my order wrong 90% of the time. I honestly don’t feel like going into it because it’s a long story, but to get an idea of it, we’ve (me + frend) ordered the chile verde fry burrito (NOT the steak one) several times, and we have gotten a STEAK one AND it hasn’t even come with the verde sauce MULTIPLE TIMES NOW. We got so used to our order being wrong we just expected it so we never complained, but honestly, today I actually got a bit frustrated because I work in food and know it’s not that hard. Edit: I hadn’t even touched my food (the verde was my friend’s food) until I submitted this review. I got 2 enchiritos and one of the lids wasn’t on, and I didn’t even get a fork. At least they put in napkins this time. (Picture of sauce spilled in the bag I guess lol). *Went to Grand’s TB a lot but then I started to go to Central because maybe they wouldn’t mess up our order every time too, but they mess it up about 90% so sort of better? Maybe I’ll update this review to add more details but it’s 12 AM. PS* There was a really cool girl there one time (our order was right that day, no way!!) and she’s epic so no hate to the workers but someone needs to be trained better clearly.

This is probably the best Taco Bell I have been to in years. Food was great, location was clean, and the staff was nice. The taco bell you love, but an enjoyable experience thrown in.

It's a fast food place. I don't expect 3 Michelin stars. It's good food & a clean lobby for cheap eats.
