I usually have a good experience with taco bell. But I was charged twice for food and I didn't receive the first order. The order isn't even in my past orders and yet I have a 36 dollar charge on my account. And there is something about the chips. Its like a very weird after taste. Some of the stuff does not taste the same like it use too
It had to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went inside to order and the staff kept darting their eyes and refusing to even acknowledge the group of people waiting to order. When we got their attention one person hollered “one sec” five mins later we still hadn’t been serviced. Walked over to Waffle House with my party instead
i ordered through the app, and my order was pretty much entirely wrong when i got it. both orders said no tomatoes on anything and we got tomatoes. one of the things i ordered in my box was swapped with something in someone else’s box. and the food just genuinely wasn’t good today. they were not that busy but still took forever with the food. however the lady at the window was really sweet and i did appreciate her.
The food tastes like it does at most Taco Bell places. The service was kind of slow and I got the feeling the dine in patrons were put on the back burner. They have a really good selection of drinks here. My favorite thing was their drink machine had crushed ice that came out almost slushy like. It was a hot day and the ice just made the drink even better.
Travel this route often to Branson!! We love Taco Bell as our travel cheat food! This location was awful, awful enough for me to slow down and write this!! The cashier informed me they had no ground beef. I agreed to swamp the meats, this is charged of course. After a very long and uncomfortable wait, I leave pretty quick. That was a mistake as multiple items were missing, and the items we did have wrong. They were out of multiple items, and just made up the order. I would recommend travels to pick a Taco Bell before or after Hope.
Past two mornings, my family and I have went to Hope Taco Bell. First morning they didn't have any eggs cooked so we were unable to order since the woman at the drive thru window said it was gonna 30 minutes before their eggs were done. Second morning we went again hoping maybe we could order this time and nobody answered the drive thru. Hope Taco Bell, do better!
Horrible place . Was bad idea to stop for take out was missing hard taco when asked if everything in the beg guy replied yes. So I didn’t check and left … their fountain drink’s nastiest ever try before you fill up and leave ..
Took an unacceptable long time to get my food even tho it wasn't busy. And on a side note - they still have plexiglass at the counter even tho it'd been unequivocally proven to stop nothing. Not a friendly and inviting look.
