I have been going to Taco Bell restaurants for many years. Locations ranging from North Carolina to Florida, and now Alabama. They are all pretty much the same except you don’t know what kind of service or quality of food you might receive. The location at 1821 Montgomery Highway is much better than the location at the Grove. Which I have been to more than once to arrive at this conclusion. With that being said, I will drive a little further to ensure a better experience!

I ordered online to pick up. They were dead so not like they had to be in a rush. I ordered 4 tacos and a large baja blast. The drink was half full and tacos were stale and hardly no meat. I will never be returning to this establishment again. I can understand a rush but this is just pure laziness

I placed an online order through the app on Sept 10th 2023 and my meal consisted of 2 chicken quesadillas which are burnt and when asked they provided replaced but with no sauce though we paid extra for sauce. Our chicken bowl is missing black beans. This is my 3rd bad experience at this particular Taco Bell and this location was my favorite but the young staff were very unconcerned and the manager was also.

Omggggg the service and food was 100/10 at 8 in the morning. They only had two staff members working actually one when I went in but my food and service was top tier. No long wait or anything ! Both of them had positive attitudes and were really nice. Great customer service !

As the #1 food critic in the state of Alabama i give this restaurant a 5 star. The love they put into my Chessy gordita crunch fills me up with joy every Tuesday. Good job at the window John, love seeing you do an amazing job.

I have come to expect that everytime I get food from here something will be missing from my order, happens everytime and tonight was no exception. No worries, walked back in and politely ask the young man behind the counter if I could get my cinnamon twist and chips and cheese dip that was left out of my order. He says "I put the cinnamon twist in the bag, I will get the chips and cheese" and walks off. Comes back and tosses the bag on the counter with the cheese and chips and walks off. I said excuse me can I get my cinnamon twist, "I told you I put them in the bag". No you didn't, that's why I'm back in here asking for them. "They're in the bag". Again I told him they weren't. So not only was food missing from my order yet again, but this time I was basically called a liar and a thief over some cinnamon twist. Management really needs to train their staff better on customer service.

I really like dislocation. It's a lot better than most, although the food tastes the same in every place, the customer service in use. Seuss really where it's at because you can go to any Taco Bell and all I'm going to taste the same however there's some that are better than others because of what's inside of the restaurant versus food
