Not the first time, but definitely the last. How is a SOFT TACO SUPREME only a little beef and lettuce? How about the tomatoes and sour cream? Maybe some cheese? I got charged for them. What, no receipt in the bag, sorry. You didn't order supreme. Well, I got charged for it. I know it's hard to find good help, or any help nowadays - but incompetence should not be a business model.

So I go in here and order on the Kiosk. I'm a regular here and they told me that if I ordered on the Kiosk my senior drink cup is free (instead of 25 cents) and has been for many visits. Well this time this apparently was NOT going to be the case. So Dalton tells me that's not the case and I will have to pay an additional 25 cents. All I had was a credit card and I thought this is bizarre and inconsistent. I'm a 5-Star operator in several businesses and I always take care of my regular customers. In this case a 69 year old Captain with the United States Coast Guard was treated with absolutely no respect. Was this really worth the 25 cents for a small senior cup. And btw, I drink water!!!

I am commending the store manager, Megan! She is super friendly and goes out of her way to make her customers happy. My 86 year old father loves a certain menu item and she made them for him perfectly. My husband, myself, and my father are thrilled Taco Bell is so close to our homes. I am a vegetarian and they always make things I order without meat. Highly recommended!

I had to go through the drive-through three times because they forgot chicken chalupa and forgot my nachos and cheese, and then the second time, they gave me beef chalupa with lettuce and the third time I was given beef chalupa with lettuce and I am unable to have lettuce

Just had the worst burrito supreme I've ever had. Mostly liquid inside. Instead of the ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, beans and cheese. We also ordered 12 tacos. Less than I/2 inch of beef in the bottom of each taco and a scant amount of lettuce and cheese. Mostly shell. The Sierra mist we ordered tasted like fizzy water. No flavor at all. Poured it out. Terrible food. Taco bell has been constantly getting worse every year. No matter how hungry we may be while driving near this Taco Bell in the future, be sure that we will never order from this place again.

… ordered a combo of Doritos los tacos and this is what I get. I removed the lettuce and cheese. Whoever worked the floor on 2/19 at 11:35pm needs to be replaced. What the heck is this?

Way too focused on drive thru, and not inside customers, but a pleasant experience nonetheless.

So I go to Taco bells all over America and this is the only one that refuses to make a chicken breakfast burrito. I always been no less than$30 for breakfast. And that employee just said they don't want the money. NOW THAT IS WHAT SURPRISED ME YOU PUT SOMEBODY IN FRONT OF YOUR CASH REGISTER THAT REFUSES TO MAKE YOUR COMPANY MONEY AND YOU DO HAVE THE PRODUCT
