Excellent experience this afternoon. Stopped by after work for a quick bite and received just that. No line so I was able to put in my order and receive it in less than five minutes. The crew was awesome, with three lovely young ladies and one real tall guy.

Shame on y'all, claiming you are THEE TACO BELL...Chyle please! They have someone's aunt or uncle chopping up heads of lettuce CHOKING FOLKS OUT WITH THESE HEAVY TACO 🌮 🌮 🌮 . You can actually see the shell has spaces with no meat!!! If I wanted a salad I would bot have come here & I was happy to see the return of Naco Fries...TOO BAD THEY WERE SERVE OLD & COLD!!!

One of the few places to get a decent breakfast burrito in Georgia. I usually get a grande steak burrito with guacamole.

Ordered biggest cup they have of a freeze. Matthew the server at the window, did exactly that. Ashley the GM, stooped him and refused to sell the biggest cup they have freeze (which is the cup i always recieve when ordering). I offered to pay her more but nope. She pulled a power trip and I requested a refund. A good manager would have send "sorry we can not sell a freeze in that size cup but I can ring you up for 3 $1.00 regular sizes freezes to save you money and get you more product since it is between 1pm and 4pm. Nope, Ashley just wanted to show her power and lost a customer for it. Matthew should be running that store for customer service reasons only. Ashley needs a reality check.

So I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and tonight they definitely EXCEEDED my expectations. It made me actually like Taco Bell again. The Mexican pizza was actually crunchy, hot, presentable AND GOOD. The people who were working the drive thru were very nice and getting orders out as fast as possible this was about 20 min ago. Thank you! (I would have taken a picture but that was the first good Mexican pizza I’ve had in a very very long time.

Updated review this year: Came in today (Oct 17, 2018 at 11:30am) to give them another try and have lunch. Ordered the 3 taco meal, which was very good, food was much better than last visit. Place was clean and smelled good. All of the drink station supplies were neat and well supplied, as was the condiment station. The manager on shift was extremely polite, efficient, and was running a tight shift. Food came out fast and fresh, and service was prompt. Glad to see them coming up since my last visit. There's a Del Taco about to open next door, I hope this store can keep their customer base loyal. Raised them up from 3 to 5 stars, and glad to do it. Review from last year: I hate to have to give this place a 3 because the employees are so polite and professional, but my wife and our son went with me to eat here yesterday and I ordered a steak quesadilla, which was good and also ordered a burrito supreme, and so did my wife, and they tasted horrible. The meat was bland and I think the lettuce was bad, it just tasted really peculiar, both my wife and I both said the same thing about the flavor. My son had 2 hard tacos and said his meat was bland and his lettuce tasted funny. Since I only took one bite from my burrito I took it back to the counter, and manager was nice enough to offer something else, which I really didn't want but since she offered I just asked for a small hard taco, don't know why, knowing my son didn't like his, but they were nice and gave me 2. Ate one, same problem: meat was bland and lettuce tasted funny. I would normally give 1 star for bad food but the staff was so polite and professional I decided to give it a 3 star. Since we have eaten here before and it usually was OK I will update this review on my next visit and hopefully it will be back to normal.

Usually this location is alright, I stop in after work a couple times a week. I've had items forgotten, wrong food given, etc. But this is awful. Ordered two grilled cheese burritos for my husband and I, mine was alright (kinda cold, cheese not melted), but his was damn near inedible. Already home also, so I can't have them fix it. This should not've been served, I would've even been happy to wait on a new one.

Horrible experience the other night. The lady taking the order kept cutting me off and as a result of her poor customer service skills they didn't get the order correct. Go figure. There was no meat in the tacos or in the power bowls. It was old rice and a huge glob of sour cream. Gross. The lady at the window was rude AF!! It is not my fault that she is 50+ and having to work in fast food as a crew member. I will never return here. We threw the food away and went next door to Del Taco.
