Horrible, I attempted numerous times to place an online order. Continued to not be able to accept, when I know the money was in there. Called to ask if their server was down for online orders and they said not to their knowledge. One of the online orders was the the Build Your Own Cravings Box. We drove to the store and asked if they would still offer it since a glitch in the computers. He said no, unfortunately i do not have a button for that. Well, unfortunately we had to change our order and he was rude. We changed to the chicken rolled taco box to split, added 2 cheese roll ups for our dog's and an extra taco Supreme. We glance in the car prior to leaving and we did not have cheese roll ups or taco Supreme. We went back in to let them know what items we were missing. He said we never ordered them, even though he laughed when I mentioned the dogs. The same card i tried to use online that was not accepted online was accepted in store. He was very rude and we had a terrible experience there. I am a frequent customer at the Hickory, NC 321 facility and I have never had this experience like at the Springs Road location.

The food was good - tacos were the only thing I ordered so I can't review any other food. The boy that brought my order to the window (yes, I did drive thru) seemed to be more interested in his phone than doing his job. Also, when I thank someone for their service I feel that the proper response is 'you're welcome ' -- not - 'no problem '. Please train your people to say 'you're welcome ' instead of 'no problem '.

Loud contemporary music in lobby. Service without a smile. They never learn to make a crunchy taco without breaking the shell at its base. I'd order a taco salad if that was what I wanted. 😒 Only one clean table in lobby, but I was the only customer dining in.

waited in the drive thru line for over 15 mins at the monitor(got trapped) for service. Watched several workers go outside and goof around while the line continued to grow. Had very little work ethic. Once I got the food it barely had anything on it.

Got my order right, but wait time and prep was terrible. All the hard tacos from the variety pack were crushed plus there were a few tacos with no tomatoes based upon the supreme variety pack order.

The food was fine, but we didnt find out they were out of nacho cheese until after we got our order. Other than that, the place was disgusting. Tables were filthy, there was food in the floor and drink spilled all over the fountain machine. The lobby was empty so its not like they were unusually busy. Then I went into the bathroom with my son and the mens bathroom smelled very strongly of weed. You could smell it from the other side of the door. If the lobby is in that kind of shape, I'd be willing to bet the kitchen isnt much cleaner. I'll probably avoid this place in the future because they are definitely putting in minimum effort.

I placed a mobile and I got 3 tacos just meat and cheese only I got it got back home and my whole order was wrong one of my tacos only had cheese not meat just cheese the second one just had beans on it no meat so I went back the man was so sweet and had them re make my order and it was wrong again the whole order even after I told them I just want meat and cheese on ALL OF MY TACOS one still only had cheese. No meat the second had onions on it and cheese I get we make mistakes but man I literally just told you only meat and cheese very upset won’t be going back

So after sitting for 30 mins waiting on food because they messed my order all up, this is what my chips was crumbles because they was mad not counting they charged me for another combo not the one I was wanting and would not refund my money for the difference in prices. Plus all the steak chalupas I got was cold not even warm. So a $36.00 dollar order pretty much through away because of being nasty. Will not go to Taco Bell on springs road again.
