I understand employees not wanting to work on a holiday... but throwing a packet of mild sauce inside of a taco is just a disgusting thing to do. This taco was for a young kid! I sent a message (via website) to corporate with this complaint (and the receipt info). I got a call the next day from a guy in corporate and was told he would "look into this situation" and he proceeded to ask if I wanted a coupon/reward for a free combo meal. For real though? Offering a lousy free meal from a place that completely ruined the last meal is NOT a proper solution. Totally disappointed by this entire experience.

They undercooked those tacos that I threw out, but this fella at the drive through had the nerve to say that I just want free food when I brought up the issue. Unbelievable. 7/7/23 around 10PM.

Worst taco bell experience in my life. Horrible. I ordered a burrito supreme and it was some what looked like a little chili on a small tortilla. It wasn't a burrito supreme at all. Same with regular crispy tacos I ordered. Only had some of normal ingredients. I went through the drive thru. I would of went back and complained it was so bad, but I figured why bother. A waste of time. I live two blocks away and have been going to location for forty years. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I didn't want to water my time on gas and time to complain. I just won't go to this location ever again.worst taco bell experience in my whole life. It's really upsetting that this is neary low. Whoever is managing that place should be embarrassed and fired. I've been going there for 40 years, and it's two blocks from my house. A complete failure on my meal. So bad I never want to go to this locations ever again. The worst experience eating out in my life. I never write reviews as I don't normally care. This was so bad the people that work there should be fired at the very least. I've been going here for decades and they destroyed taco bell reputation. Don't ever go to this location. Ripped off

Great food as always, but not worth the poor treatment. Had some young kid harassing me because I grabbed change to pay for the rest of my transaction. I gave him exact change and he suggested I sell my car if I'm that worried about money. Seriously, dude? First of all, everything has risen in prices so that's rude to say to someone during this time. Second, it shouldn't matter that I'm paying partially in change for some $1 burritos. If I have change, I prefer to use it and not let it pack up inside my car or wallet. Inconsiderate children like this that get hired have no idea how to act or treat people anymore. Raise your kids right.

Seems like the staff make up their own hours. When checking online, drive thru hours claim to stay open until 1:00 A.M. Getting off of my afternoon shift I pulled through the drive thru at 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday and was abruptly dismissed with a “we’re closed” voice through the speaker. Take your business elsewhere, since they don’t want it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Take 20 minutes for burritos I see all outside people walking in the kitchen and I order chicken they give me beef

I stopped coming to this location years ago. Many bad experiences. I think I was just catching the wrong employees on the wrong days. That is how it goes. I have been back in the area the past few months, and been hooked on the breakfast. There is this employee in the morning who is the man. I don’t know his name, but this guy is on top of his game. Great customer service, not one messed up order, good communication. That is how customer service should be. He is a taller guy with dark hair. Give that man a raise.

Window closed because rain and they didn'twant to get wet, no ice for warm drink, drink machine is empty and tasted horrible, 3 burritos were messed up. They're often out of tortillas, meat, etc. Employees always just hanging out outside smoking and mean mugging everyone like little wannabe gangsters. This place is horrible bunch of jokes here I'm sure they'll close like bridgeview did because the employees and management blow.
