This establishment would only allow cards and no cash. There weren’t any napkins or Fire sauce. The presentation was awful! Barely any lettuce or cheese on the tacos and my quesadillas was dry and cut crazy. Keep driving past this Location, don’t waste your time or money.

Got burrito Supreme, taco Supreme and chips with cheese. Food is cold, flavorless. Took 25 minutes from when pulling in to pulling out. Received no receipt. Chips with cheese used to be $1, now is over $2. It was your last chance. I feel you owe me 10.64 for what I spent today.

Placed an online order and arrived to pick it up at 9pm. While waiting in the drive thru I observed every car in front of me waiting an extended time at the intercom. Some people sitting as long as 5 minutes just to get their order taken. Then noticed the drive thru person making the car at the window back up until their order is ready so the crew can cheat the times. This is a new one but every taco bell in the area does this. What is the point of timing them if they just find ways to cheat the system and be dishonest. Maybe a change is needed. Finally i get to the window they ask me to back up but when she sees a car behind she makes me pull around to a spot. 926 I received my food just to get home to an ice cold burrito because they put so many onions on it that it felt frozen. Also my $4 chalupa had less toppings on it than an original taco!

I have literally been in line for 20 minutes in the drive-through because I couldn’t back out because there was a car behind me. I finally get up to the speaker and was told that they were only doing DoorDash. So then, because I could not get out of line still, I had to wait in line to be able to get back out on the road. Extremely horrible service

Multiple times I have gone when they should be serving and was able to submit a mobile order just to show up and have some ignorant worker come over the intercom saying things such as "we are in a shift change and cannot place any orders for the next like 10 minutes" or "we are not taking any orders at thise time" with no reasoning to go with it. The times that I have gone are at normal rush times for most fast food places such as between 12pm and 2pm and 4pm to 7pm. Over all avpid this location at all costs, the taco bell further down the road I have not had any problems with other than the occasional out of stock item which is reasonable and understandable.

First went to order inside, doors were locked at 12:30pm. Ordered online and got a power bowl. It came with black beans which I requested to be removed. It doesn’t come with extra rice which I paid an upcharge for. Then when I got home there was no silverware or napkins in the bag and my soda was all seltzer water. Wouldn’t be as irritated if this wasn’t a regular thing but for some reason last week when I went, right at lunch time they said they “weren’t taking orders right now”. This location should just close if they can’t get workers to do their simple job.

They always have you pull back to stop their timer and take forever to give you your order. You would think the food would be fresh but luke warm. Only 3 cars in drive thru and it still took over 30 minutes for my $40 order.

Went to this location last night and was disappointed by the overall experience. After we got to the window and paid, we were asked to back our car up and wait (not pull forward, but reverse behind the window), which I’ve never been asked to do at any other drive thru. Then, when we got our food, the crunchwrap was missing meat, most of the food was cold, and we only got one fork for two orders. The service didn’t make sense being that we were one of the only customers there at the time of ordering. Posting this after noticing the other recent reviews and seeing we weren’t alone in this experience.
